How Happy is your State?

If you live in the US, this is a fun exercise. I have the list of the "happiness ratings" of all 50 states and the District of Columbia.

Without looking it up, tell me your state and guess, between 1-51, where your state ranked in happiness. 1 is the happiest state, 51 the least happy.

The only place worse than Maryland is Chicago...I kid on this one; Maryland's pretty sweet, but Chicago still sucks.

Maryland was #40.

#1 was actually Louisiana. Though the study started pre-Katrina, so it may be different now.
