the fact of the matter is, if you CONNECT with the audience like he did it doesn't matter how "green" or inexperienced you are.

Look how the fans react, they are on their feet for his matches, the crowd reactions are not "piped" in like WWE likes to claim.
The fact of the matter is, Goldberg was one of the top draws of his era because he connected with the audience, WWE then ruined his aura by trying to make him into something he wasn't, and have since tried to downplay his effect on wrestling.
I am not saying he was the best wrestler, but he was one of the guys that tried to put some MMA style into his moves at a time when not alot did.
