Horrible Movie Alert!

3D is a total gimmick, and is never worth the extra money. Avatar did a decent job with 3D, but I saw it in 2D and the difference wasn't enough to justify the ticket cost. This 3D madness needs to end.

Duuuuuuude, M. Night.... nuff said

And this is very disappointing. Shyamalan made some decent-to-good movies (Sixth Sense, Unbreakable, Signs), and then he went right into the shitter. The Village and Lady in the Water were not good films, The Happening was fucking terrible, and I haven't even touched The Last Airbender. What happened to this guy??

Devil's avtually not half bad, if you've seen it. I was legitimately surprised by one of the two "twists" at the end.

I don't go out to the movies very often. Not much catches my attention these days and if something does I don't have a problem waiting for Netflix. Some friends of mine went to see this last night and I went along just because I was hanging with the group. After making a fool of myself and asking for a ticket to Green Goblin I first found out it was in 3D when I was charged on extra couple dollars and handed the glasses. It's the first 3D movie I've seen and 3D didn't add a single thing to the movie in my opinion. In fact I found it a little distracting. The movie itself was ok but 3D does nothing for me.

I've only seen one 3-D movie and it was Jackass 3-D. It was done pretty well I'd say. Not enough to cough up an extra ten bucks for but the dick copter flying at you was a nice touch.

I was looking forward to Green Hornet though. I was going to see it in theaters but I've heard mixed reviews so I'll just wait a few weeks until a decent TS or R5 pop up.

Speaking of horrible movies, Swan Lake fans can't get over how shit Black Swan is. And coming from ballet fans, this opinion is often expressed in the prissy manner I've come to expect of ballet fans for no reason at all.

Was Christoph Waltz any good? Also, we have to put up with another 2 years of the 3D craze. Both men in Black 3 & the reebooted Spider-Man film will be 3D.

Aronofsky just can't win. Remember the backlash The Wrestler got from Ready To Rumble fans?

It seemed like you moved in a circle of ballet fans. I was about to say "I've never met even one", then I remembered I lived with one for several years.

The Green Hornet was a great movie, but the 3D's not worth it because it's really not a 3D movie by any stretch of the imagination. But you guys should see it, Seth and Jay did a great job. It's a great buddy cop superhero movie that combines elements of an action movie with the humor normally expected from a movie with Seth Rogen. It gets an A from me.

As I said in my thread on it, I liked it, well worth my $6, but like I said before, if you don't like Rogan you'll prolly hate this movie

It's already been said. 3D is pointless and a waste of money. The only thing remotely cool that I've seen in 3D was Avatar, and they ripped off the story from Ferngully the Last Rainforrest. That being said, I would definitely red box it just because I do like Seth Rogen.

I honestly liked Tron Legacy, I went to take my nephew to see it.
I think I liked it more than he did.

There was nothing 3-D about Tron, there was no difference when we took off our glasses.
Hell, I took my nephew to see Yogi Bear, and that was more 3-D than Tron, and that movie sucked....

Everything is 3D nowadays, its a bit OverRated.
