I thought that you should know that I was very impressed by your recent rebuttal in the shareholders thread. When you were made mod, I was a bit sceptical that you would use the position to over-power people in the section because you are clearly a strong-minded person.

However, after reading your post there, I really admire how much you put into each and every one of your posts. I already knew that you would be a great mod but if you continue to post like that, I will be very impressed.

I don't have the authority to merge threads in the Bar Room, but this one will probably be merged with the other thread shortly.

We just don't need several Sidious threads in the Bar Room.

But like I said, don't assume because I am a strongly-opinionated person that I am going to be "over-powering people" and things of that nature. That kind of thing goes on at Raw. This is a job and is a different story.

I don't know why anyone doubted Sidious. He took on the establishment, never wavered and made amazing posts. I am so confused reading people's posts who were down on this selection.

I don't agree with a lot of what he says, but he states it well.

A lot of posters on here get butt hurt when someone disagrees with them. Sidious engages them, does it eloquently, doesn't spam, and doesn't flame. He makes four of five non spam posts per day, and has a post count that will soon pass mine, and I've been here a year longer.

He has put in the work to be a mod. It's not quality or quantity, it's a combination of the two, and he does well.

Because unlike me, you and a few others here, Sidious actually manages to contribute something positive to these forums. It's a novel idea, I know. I think perhaps I might like to get this positive contributions thing a go. Make my time on these forums meanigful in a way... or I might just contiune to alienate and piss people off, I'm still undecided.

No matter what though, Sid is a great poster on these forums and has rightfully earned his mod spot, I'm happy for the guy. Oh and by the way Sidious, of course I agree with everything you say.

I don't understand how people were afraid that Sidious would take over the WWE section or some stupid shit like that. How is he any less opinionated than Sly? IC? Xfear? FTS?

If you guys weren't afraid that FTS would turn the CL into one big Conservative wank-off, or Becca turn it into one big "Kill everyone who does anything wrong ever" pitchfork mob Power Hour, then I can't get the logic as to why you guys are afraid that Sidious will somehow turn the WWE into the Land that WWE Forgot. Though, as Sidious would probably argue, some believe we ARE the Land that WWE Forgot.

I very rarely, if ever agree with what Sidious says. In fact, his sig is probably one of the most effective sigs ever (behind the FromtheBack sigs of course ). Every time I see it I just get riled up, like I want to go into the WWE sections and say "What the fuck is going on with you guys? The product isn't this bad! Stop being so self-defeatist!" because while Sidious' sig isn't as bad as what I've seen posted multiple times, I know that there are others that believe as he does, only go waaay overboard. I can safely say no one else's sigs even compares (except for mine, of course).

..And this is where I throw my hands up and sigh a large sigh of exasperation.

As I have said in the past, I have respect for Sidious, even though I disagree with many of his opinions. However, I do agree with some of them, such as the need for more characters and colorful personalities.
May I go on record here and say that Sidious is doing an absolutely stellar job as mod.

Why is it when people get congratulatory threads it is all gravy, except for Sidious. The threads made for him always descend into thought about his beliefs and views. I never meant for that to happen. I only wanted to raw attention a great post from the man.
