Yes it is bad because by that point the only thing you will have in common with any of those friends is Mary Jane. And when you quit smoking or they quit smoking, then there's nothing left to the friendship.
Trust me on this, I had homies who I thought were my closest friends. The moment I stopped smoking I started to see them less and less, and now it's the point I haven't heard from any of them in about five months.
Plus it's never right to just use someone for weed of all things man.
