HBK vs John Cena Wrestlemania 23

So I just watched this match again and you know what? I think it's quite good.

Granted I didn't like the ending but overall it kept me entertained the whole time.

Underrated match in my humble opinion.

I actually thought it wasn't a bad match. Although by far the best part was the crowd enjoying the car screaming around the city and the arena, cheering when it smashed through the glass... and then as soon as Cena's music began, it turned to a chorus of booing. Genius.

Its a pretty decent match, Shawn was good as ever.

What ruined it for me was the fact that John Cena attempted the FU about 12 times and the STFU about 8, everytime it looked like something interesting was going to happen another FU came. "Oh look theyve gone to the top rope, nope its just another FU attempt from Cena" "wow, he countered that cross-body pretty well, nope just another FU attempt from Cena"
I just think he was desperate for cheap pops from his fans, but then so would I be after putting up with all that abuse lol

This match is often forgotten about due to the epic they provided with us the night after on Raw. But this was also a really good match.

I hate to say it, but just a year and a half ago, I was a normal, casual fan. A mark. I marked out for Cena. Embarrassing. But, I was oddly disappointed when he won. I realized he used 5 moves in the match, and I was wondering why he was such a crappy wrestler. I looked on the inter-web, and found Wrestlezone. Thanks to this match, I am now a smark and I infuriate my friends, who are all marks.
