 In other words she has no interest in you what so ever, just like every other self respecting sober female you come in contact with

Thats not entirely true... she does have interest in me, I have interest in her, thats where the "she's TOO innocent" comes into play. Plus, I'm almost 21 and I make a living working at a Pizza Place, and she's an athlete still in high school. Two different levels.

Plus, theres still one sober chick that likes me, she just lives over in England... (No, it's not Becca)

Excuses, excuses:rolleyes:

So the one sober girl that does supposedly like you, fled the country, and put an ocean between the two of you?:lmao:

I have been working at a particular video rental store back home for about 4 years while I am in Univille. Anways about 4 months ago this new guy starts to work there, from the very beginning we were flirting which was cool becuase he was quite attractive ;) A couple of weeks in he gets my number from one of the other girls and asks me out on a date. All goes well for the next couple of weeks. He did mention his ex a couple of times but I got the impression it was a few months previous (how wrong I was.....). Anyways we both had a Saterday morning off from work and spent most of the day together which was really nice as I normally only got to see him at weekend nights as I was up in the big city for uni. We then worked together and headed out with some of the other ones. About this time I started to pick up some really wierd vibes from him- he started getting all stand offish and seemed in a hurry to leave. Couple of days later I get a text from him breaking the whole thing off which really shocked and hurt me.

Anyways I cornered him next weekend in work and he told me that he was in a really bad place at the moment- he had been cutting himself in the past and he just wanted a friend and his ex had messed about with him a lot and he couldn't feel like he could have a relationship. I of course forgave him and felt really bad for him for all of about two days before I heard he got back togther with his ex that very night and in fact had been in communication ever since that last week when he had got all standoffish. Anyways the long and short of it is that we still have had to work with eachother-(both of us refuse to leave) and its been really painfull since- especially when they both come in together. So yeah generally going out with workmates isn't a good idea- you always need an exit strategy if things go wrong and if you work you can't. Don't even get me started on the other guys in the store taking his side......
(Sorry for the bit of the rant there- kinda wanted to get it off my chest)
