I'm neat.
Swagger versus Del Rio intrigues me very much and unlike my last post Im going to keep my prediction much vaguer until the very end.
Now some might ask why Im very intrigued by this match and the reasoning is quite simple. The World Heavyweight Championship is going to be contested by two guys who are considered relatively new to the company. That alone makes this awesome. Now Im going to mention it early and this is simply an opinion but I feel like Swaggers DUI wont matter as to the match outcome.
Im feeling that this match will be a quality back and forth battle and have them showcase their skills. Im intrigued by the proposed concept of Arm vs Leg and multiple submissions and feel that this will lead to ultimately a great battle that will see both guys appear to be entirely worn out after it. Im hoping for Swagger to continue to build his move repertoire and for Del Rio to continue his high quality PPV match streak. Lets face the facts it cant be worse than last years World Heavyweight Championship can it??? I have an odd feeling that these two guys styles will be productive to an overall performance and impress many people with the quality of the match.
In addition, I am enjoying the build-up between the two parties, however Im fearing that possibly soon the over the Top American gimmick might fail. Nobody wants to boo America, and someone claiming to be pro-American getting booed just seems odd. I think there is a fine line that WWE have luckily not crossed yet, however they need to be careful. With all that being said, I thoroughly enjoy the promos and find them extremely interesting. However once again there needs to be a caution of going over the top and confusing the audience. WWE has used Zeb Colter to perfection considering Swagger is terrible at talking and although some have complained about Zeb being featured too much I feel that if Swagger got a more prominent role then we would be naturally unimpressed by the feud.
Random Question: How much longer until Ricardo gets put in the Patriot Act?
I think in the upcoming future we need to have more physical altercations between the two because although the verbal has been done well, we need to continue and see the hate between the two. I suggest doing more intricate interactions between the two primarily for Smackdown
I want to throw out the possibility that neither man will leave Mania as Champion. Dolph Ziggler has been holding out for a while and why not have him go over on the grandest stage of them all? It would make sense to me if they did, however wouldnt surprise me if they didnt Especially if this match ends up becoming a submission match like I think it will Dolph can play off of both men being internally injured and cashing in finally.
Overall I am greatly looking forward to this match and am hoping they give it 15 minutes not seconds that is. I see a good back and forth battle occurring and overall a thrilling fight .
