Sleeping Dogs was OK. It basically took Grand Theft Auto as a baseplate and tried to improve upon it. In some ways they did (driving control is damn solid, as is the hand to hand fighting system), in other ways they didn't (the plot is a little boring, and it lacks the charm GTA has).

If you're a big fan of GTA or sandbox games, I'd recommend it.

True Crime was a strange one. For a long period it seemed like a GTA clone with a decent story and good open world.

Rumors are insane. Allegedly Fallout 4 will be announced as an Xbone exclusive along with other gossip. However that won't happen, i guarantee it. Bethesda speak too highly of their PC audience to take one of their most popular series away from it.
