Bought a Wii U. Well, it's not in my hands yet, but I've purchased one. I ummed and ahhed on some really great deals long enough that they all perished and so I was forced to finally pulled the trigger on a pretty good one - a premium console (including Nintendo Land, naturally) for £175. Add Super Mario 3D World and Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze at £35 and £30 respectively and I've got what I think constitutes a decent £240 bundle. I'll definitely be picking up Mario Kart 8 when it comes out, and either Pikmin 3 or Wind Waker HD as the free game they're offering.
The Wii U gets a lot of shit for its lack of power and its (quite astonishing) lack of sales but I just named at least three more top tier games than either the PS4 or Xbone have.

Worth it also if, like me, you already had a Wii and upgraded so to speak, and spend a lot of time watching Netflix.

Watch Dogs is amazing folks. The only gripe I have, is the downgrade from E3 is noticeable... Considering this game was originally a PC only game, this saddens me. However, the graphics are still top notch and does EXACTLY what it was supposed to do. Raise the bar. Oh I forgot it clearly isn't optimized well on the PC which is also sad. My rig can run this game on Ultra settings pretty well but the framerate drops are consistent.

Yes. The second code you will enter on the Nintendo E-shop app on your Wii U. Make sure your internet connection is solid though. It took me a few goes to get it going.
