A man in Columbus, Ohio threw money at a man with Parkinson's Disease yelling "If you want a handout you're on the wrong side of town!" Because, you know, Parkinson's Disease patients deserve that sort of treatment.

When confronted, he lied about doing it.

Then, when told he was caught on tape, he suddenly developed a conscience and started claiming that he hadn't slept since he committed the despicable act.

Can I punch this man? Man grandfather died of Parkinson's Disease and Dementia, and would have backed the HCR bill had he not died in July. He fought in World War II in the Broken Arrow 32nd Division and fought back the Japanese from Iwo Jima and a multitude of other conquests.

But, you know, my father would have just wanted a handout if had been alive to back the bill because he had Parkinson's Disease and wanted the extra money.
