I have the same solution for Soccer to catch on in america as I do Hockey

cut the size of the playing field down by at least 30%. More shots on goal, more excitement. Too much middling around with nothing happening in the middle of the playing feild in both sports for Americans to enjoy it

In the case of soccer, I am sure that 6.7 billion fans are a good enough reason to not change anything. Soccer is catching on more and more every year.

And besides, it's a beautiful game.

TJ is now 40 bucks on the Jets website, but it would probably be cheaper in a store. Seeing your Favre sig, I would think you would have a Favre. You would have gotten green rep if you said "best of the best" for Pennington instead of Nugent. Nugent sucked in the NFL, but Pennington was the 2nd best QB in Jets history (behind Mark Sanchez).

My only non-Jets are TO (Eagles, $5) and Chad OchoCinco.

That's exactly what it is. Am I supposed to believe that no REPRESENTATIVE has a jurisdiction that thinks differently? Not one of over 200 different districts from all over the country? Democrats had 216-37, which isn't that much better but it's SOMETHING.

1. I wish the Vikes did get Nugent.
2. I have a Jet Favre jersey, and don't regret it.
3. I have OchoCinco, I just got it this year.
4. Hate the Sanchize all you want, but he's a beast. And I did put Pennington ahead of Namath on all time Jet QBs, Pennington was the best until Mark tied him in playoff wins in his rookie year.

Ironically, isn't that what those (not racist) Tea Party people bitch about? They want their representative to represent them or something? And this is a fairly party line issue I think, so it would make a little sense why the republicans voted it down. Representatives don't vote based on how their people feel. They vote based on how THEY feel, and the people should know that when they vote. If they don't like the way representative X voted, then elect some other guy next time, or deal with it.
