OK, so the polls for the Forums Posters Awards are going to be open effective this evening. Voting will be limited to one vote per category, and voting results will be visible to all. Polls will be open until December 27, 2014, at which point the winners will be announced. So have at it, and hopefully this will be fun for all!

Here are the nominees for this category:

The Bar Room
The Media Hub
The Wrestlezone Symposium
Total NonStop Action
World Wrestling Entertainment
Wrestling Spam Zone
WZCW

I don't do the whole e-fed thing, but it's easy to tell from afar we have perhaps the best group of posters and best system for that particular 'genre', so to speak, on the internet.

That said, Wrestling Spam Zone is by far my favorite section on the site.

What do you get when you cross a classy cavalcade of championship caliber characters with the internetz?

You get the best part of the forum. I wish I had time to join, but until then- everyone should be reading this stuff. If you are not, then shame on you.

Kudos gentlemen. Kudos indeed.

I love the commitment that you guys have to the e-fed, and I'm sure its awesome, but I don't even have as much time as I would like to devote to reading about/discussing all of the wrestling that is actually physically occurring on my TV/Laptop screen.

That said- The Wrestling Spam Zone is the section to get my vote this year, this has been the most active year for news inside of, and especially outside of, the ropes that I can remember in a long time, and the discussions that ensued were great as a result.

Should we just permanently award this to the Zed?

Yes, yes we should. WZedCW (by the way, where da fuq is Shotaro?

Although those involved with it think it's awesome, and I have no doubt that it is, I plead total ignorance regarding WZCW. I've never participated, never read it, nothing, so I really can't comment on it. I pretty much have stopped watching TNA these days, so I can't vote for that either. And I've always been a non spam wrestling poster first and foremost. So I voted for the WWE section.

Plus, that section has the best mods as well.

I've given my love to IDR's 'TNA section' because of the sheer effort and devotion despite the hate that many display to the promotion. That he produces such quality openers and involves himself in nearly all discussion despite the hating and trolling is, to me, more award worthy than sections that are either loved or ignored (notably runaway leader WZCW).

There's no doubt IDR is awesome and the TNA section tends to produce more talkable topics, but at the same time, the year has just not favored the section.

Not having a pop at the WZCW section amigo - it's just that WZCW literally writes it's own topics and has an inbuilt support which is a mass credit to many people. Likewise, this is a wrestling forum and the WWe, as the market leader will get mass support (as the countless CM Punk threads recently have displayed).

TNA however, are the outcast cousin at the moment. It's easy for haters and neigh-sayers to shoot fish in a barrel and some (particularly one) do try and yet IDR creates and drives positive discussion.

I'm not saying WZCW & WWe are easy sections... but they are much easier than controlling and driving the black sheep section.

Trust me. I know.
