What about Bobby Lashley? He probably would have won the WWE title had he not quit, he was well on his way up towards the top of the roster.

And that's where your entire argument goes off the rails.

Determining who is marketable and who has proven themselves is purely subjective. Which means if elements within WWE are convinced that black people, Hispanic people, Asian people, etc are simply not marketable, then they will never be able to prove themselves and earn the push.

It is subjective but trouble in your statement is that its not true that WWE thinks that way. African- Americans, Hispanics even Asians proved that they are marketable and can sell product and thats why they hire athletes from those demographic groups(and because they have potential to be good wrestlers ofcourse). If they dont think those wrestlers can make money to company they would not hire them in a first place or even consider of giving people like(for example) Del Rio any push at all...

Its all bussiness, and has nothing to do with racism...

you seem defensive, is it even about the wrestling bro? Get over what exactly? Racism doesn't go both ways racism either is or it isn't, unless you have some Hatfield-McCoy viewpoint of Black and White dealings I doubt you would had made such an idiotic statement. The roster isn't massive, they have had maybe 2 dozen Black wrestlers we can discuss in a plethora of topics, its easy to break their cases down individually and come to whatever conclusion is deemed appropriate and of merit. This is A WWE inside he would know better then us anyday the reasoning for why WWE does anything..
