First time.

I'm gonna vote tomorrow first time in my life. I don't know why but I'm excited.

Has anyone else got excited about it when it happened? Any interesting event leading to your first vote?

And also what criteria do you use to vote a particular candidate?

I voted my first time in the last election. Voted for Hillary. Felt fun to be part of electing the first US women president. Instead we got Trump and the world is very screwed, to put it lightly.

So it is a lot of fun. The feeling of doom is really enjoyable.

I vote for whoever's policies are the closest to what I believe.

I vote very loudly, so that everyone around can learn to respect my principles. Then I take a picture of my ballot and post in on social media so that I can rub that in the faces of everyone who didn't vote the way that I did. Then I get hit with a huge fine because taking a picture of your ballot is illegal in my state, and I write "STERN RULES!" in the notes of the check I send in.

I've never voted in my life. And I'm old. I just don't think it's fair to any of the candidates if I don't follow politics at all. That and I'm really lazy.

I voted today and felt great. There were total 9 candidates + a NOTA. Yay!
