Did I say that? No, no I did not. I'm just saying that your humor alone doesn't mean you should be ROTY. It was in response to tdigle telling me I had no sense of humor when I said that I didn't feel you should win ROTY.

I wonder if we the proletariat may dare to set down the guidelines on which the Rookie of the Year should be awarded? Only those who have not violated these guidelines could possibly be awarded this most prestigious of prizes.
1. (The most important rule of all) They must never mention the words or indeed letters ROTY. (This even includes serious discussion on the Royal Ornithological Treatise on Yeomanry)
2. They must have rep from all Moderators (past and present- going all the way back to the birth of the site)
3. While proper punctuation and spelling is generally a must, at least one in every ten posts must contain at least one obvious spelling mistake. (Sarcastic mocking of those famed users who type in all caps and with the use of numerals as well as letters is not considered acceptable)
4. They must have changed their name on every available occasion available to them, and on one occasion when it was not.
That’s all I can think of at the minute. Any other suggestions?

Geez, after this little drama fest I may just cancel ROTY all together since it appears people's fragile egos may be unable to handle not winning.
The reason this is such a hot topic is because we may have the deepest rookie class I've ever seen.

Rather than arguing over who's Rookie Of The Year, why not stake your claim in the sites main sections. Go over to the WWE, TNA and GWD sections. They are filled with some of the stupidest comments about wrestling right about now. Go over there and enlighten those poo flinging monkeys. You people are smart posters. Nothings wrong with posting in the bar room or the cigar lounge or the video game and sig sections. But if you want an award stop arguing about who deserves it and go compete for it.
