There's an upcoming house show this weekend in Huntington, WV -the card for the show was listed here at WrestleZone. This will indicate the problem with the current ECW, because the winners are going to be just too easy to predict. I'll honestly be surprised if any of these matches are over 10 minutes, even the main event since Show is involved. My picks are in bold print.
- ECW Champion Rob Van Dam vs. Big Show (unless it's non-title ... Show may win in that case)
- Test vs. Tommy Dreamer in a Falls Count Anywhere match (another ECW icon putting over the newcomer)
- Sabu vs. C.W. Anderson (Hopefully the future's good for CW, but I don't see WWECW letting him win here)
- The Sandman vs. Justin Credible in a Dueling Canes match (Justin Credible was already used as a jobber on TV!)
- Balls Mahoney vs. Mike Knox (Maybe eventually we'll find out what Heyman sees in Knox, and it's a shame that Balls is nothing more than a jobber right now)
- Nunzio/Little Guido vs. Danny Doring (Speaking of jobbers - Doring's being used as one, too)
Whatever happened to matches between evenly matched competitors? In Vinnie Mac's world, you're definitely less likely to ever see that. I'm quite confident that when the results come in, I will be 100% correct with my predictions. We shall see. WWECW is just too damned predictable.
