Drunk/Heat/Mist

Testicles. That is all.
I'm drunk out of my mind and it is HOT AS HELL in New York, fellow zoners.

I rented the Mist by Stephen King, and it's over two hours. I plan on staying up all night, but I'm wondering if I should watch it. I've read good things about it.

Anyhow, anyone seen it?

Thank Jesus for Air Conditioning. I've already hit the streets in drag to pay my electric bill. :D

The Mist is good shit, thats if you enjoy horror movies
For the LOVE OF GOD, I just finished it! What a movie!

I still have tears in my eyes from the ending. MY GOD!

Very well done. Excellent acting. Best movie I've seen in a long, LONG time!

(sniff) THE ENDING!

That bad huh? Must be popular. I've had it in my Netflix cue for about two months now and it's ALWAYS out. lol
Let me guess. You rent a lot, huh?

Found out that Netflix was actually PURPOSELY delaying shipments of new releases to frequent renters.

Here's how it works. The more movies you rent, the less profitable you are to Netflix. They pay the shipping both ways, so if you watch and return quick, it costs them money.

So, the renters who rent LESS, yes, LESS movies get the new releases qucker!

This is because if you rent less movies, you cost 'Flix less in shipping! Total bullshit.

My Grandmother was very sick, and I was visiting her and worrying and shit, so I didn't return some movies for about 3 weeks.

Suddenly, I was sent new releases in a flash when I finally DID return them. Because, I hadn't rented in awhile.

Bullshit.

Get the Mist somehow. Go to a video store if you have to. GREAT FLICK! :D:D

Netflix actually has an algorythm built into their site. You will get the "long wait," message if you rent a lot. :(

What are you talkin bout dude? I get new releases every week. I average 12 rentals a week, which is 48 rentals a month and for only 23 bucks. I could care less if Netflix holds back on me someonwhat. I find shit to rent all the time. Hell, right now I have every season of Quantum Leap on my list and next will be every season of Thundercats and then something else and then something else.

But I do know the game you're talkin about. I saw a story on the news about a guy suing Netflix for that. It's just that when The Mist came out, there were more new releases that I had that week on my que than I had available rentals for. But I'm patient. I'm patient.
