Dr. Phineas Waldolf Steel is a musician from Southern California, whose real name is unknown. He has the gimmick of a crazed mad scientist, hellbent on taking over the world. Even in interviews he does not drop character. Nothing is really known about him, apart from his fictional history.
His music combines all sorts of influences, with hip-hop and industrial being the main genres.

He even has a show, the Dr. Steel Show, which can be found on Youtube and his website. He regularly makes "Public Service Announcements" dealing with his attempts at taking over the world, like this one:
I love Dr. Steel's unique style. He's an acquired taste, but I think it's awesome how he's always this character, and people barely know anything about the actual man.
