I really do not see what people see in Ozil.

Takes far too many touches and frequently is nowhere in the game, although I don't think he is helped by the baffling tendency to play him on the flank.

He has made more successful passes, and more key passes, than any other player at the club by a pretty considerable margin. Statistically he's one of the best dribblers in the premiership, and plays with a discipline alien to most midfielders of his nature. He's contributed to more Arsenal goals than any other player.

I literally do not understand the criticisms of Ozil, which seem to be one-hundred percent based off medial hype. He's better than Sanchez at everything, and better than Wiltshire at everything other than finding the back of the net.

If he did more stepovers people would have hailed him as the second coming of Christ, but because he quietly does his job the myth seems to have gone around otherwise sensible people that he's shit.

He's really not.

This mackem game is like Kate Moss' lunch. #AteNothing

Guzan was my alternate keeper until I played my wildcard and brought in Ben Hamer, who it looked like might get some games after Kasper Schmeichel picked up an injury, to save £0.5m. Hamer's still only played the one league game for Leicester. I'm an imbecile.

Funnily enough, I picked up Hamer too, just to have a good cheap keeper with Lloris.

8-0. Saints for the title now!

Tardic and Pelle are making Liverpool look like chums for buying Lallana and Lambert.

can anyone explain why the Balotelli shirt swapping incident is so bad?

Because its Ballotelli and Ronaldo only scored one goal.

I accept that he perhaps should have done it a further 10 feet up the tunnel but I think its been massively overblown.

For me, its bad when anyone does it. Shows you have got personal gain in mind rather than the team.

It just so happened that Balotelli did it in full view, at half time, with his team losing and him playing shite.

If it is anyone else other than Balotelli it wouldn't be a big deal but it was him (of course it was) and it is easy to say it reflects his attitude. It's very amateurish and for a player not playing well that isn't the image you want to reflect.
