Domestic football - spam version

If the WZ League lets me keep my points when added, I should go top of the league. I think this really drives home the 'blind luck' aspect of fantasy football.

North London Derby day. I've never been so nervous about it.

But hey, I get to enjoy United vs. Liverpool as a neutral first.

The NL Derby never disappoints. 4-4's and 5-2's every other year.

I do think United will beat Liverpool. Sturridge is good, but I don't think Liverpool can beat United without Suarez.

Yeh I hope Moyes can get his first 'big' win done and dusted. The last couple of times we've played at Anfield, we have had some poor performances and didn't seem as up for the game. With Rooney out and hopefully Valencia too, I'd like to see whoever comes in (Kagawa and Young would be nice) be able to deliver a performance that shows some hunger.

If the NL derby finishes goal-less, I'll be incredibly shocked.

Are all United matches going to be boring this season?

Pass, pass, foul. Pass, pass, foul. Shot, save/miss, goal kick. Repeat.

Don't forget to include Cleverley skill to turn in circles with the ball before eventually running into an opposing player.

The first 20 minutes were quite bright, then it just went a bit shit.

Same, I've waited 20 years. Now I'm just gonna sit back and enjoy it. #MoyesOut is top trend in the UK right now :lmao:

It's ridiculous when you think United probably could've lured someone like Klopp or Lowe. Fergie may be good when he's picking players, but he can't pick managers...

Back to Arsenal mode: It's ironic that last year we complained when Wenger didn't do anything on deadline day. And now we might be seeing the most exciting deadline day in Arsenal history tomorrow...

To be fair to Moyes, United are notorious slow starters so this knee-jerk reaction is just stupid. 4 points from 3 tricky opening games isn't a bad return and there are 35 more games to go. Shit, in the corresponding fixtures last year, Fergie gained the same points total (draw at Swansea, win at Pool, defeat at OT to Chelsea).

Moyes and the team need time to get used to each other, and United's midfielders haven't given a consistent enough account of themselves as to why they deserve to be in the first team, save for Carrick. New signings tomorrow would be nice but it'd be foolish to think that if 3 midfielders were signed tomorrow, United would be more settled next time they play.

Well, Bale has gone. Not the best day ever, but not the end of the world, it's a team game now, not just relying on the one player. If the new signings can slot in, then I've got no complaints about this, I thank him for everything he gave us.

Transfer Deadline Day, hooray! Panic signings and messages getting lost in translation FTW!

This thread will suffice as the LD. Kaka is back at Milan, Liverpool have signed Ilori so far.
