No big loss for TNA in my view. I always thought DDP was alright but I was never heavily into the guy.
One thing I will say is that he's managed to find something that I wish more of these aging veterans were able to do: he seems to have found contentment outside of wrestling. As IDR stated, DDP has been involved in some acting projects and a motivational speaker. He's also heavily involved in yoga now and it just seems like that DDP has got his shit together.
Even if DDP had decided to take TNA up on its offer, I doubt that he would've stayed completely out of the ring. He'd at least wrestle on occassion. If he's as much into yoga as I've read in the past, then he might well be as overall physically fit as most of the younger guys on the TNA roster.
