Everybody Has A Price!
I'm surprised there wasn't a thread for this made yet.
To be honest, Im not familiar with Richards work. However, Ive read some good things about him and it sounds like he's a good worker.
Anyways, his fans must be disappointed that hes retiring. From reading that article, I dont know if hell return. He seems to have some good things going on his life and it looks like he wont need pro wrestling anymore. Hopefully (for his fans), hell return from time to time just for his fans.

Source: Prowrestling.Net said:ROH wrestler Davey Richards told Alex Marvez of Scripps News that he intends to retire after the ROH Final Battle event in December. ""I didn't plan to do this for my career," Richards said. "I've gotten done with paramedic school and have other things I want to concentrate on. I want to get my black belt in jiujitsu and finish the fire academy. I'm married now, too. Ring of Honor has so many talented guys that they don't need me anymore."
Marvez reminded Richards that a number of wrestlers have returned from retirements. ""First off, I hate to say I'm retiring," Richards said. "I'm just a small-town guy who wrestles. Ric Flair retires. Lou Thesz retires. For me, I'm just not going to show up anymore." To read the full story, visit ScrippsNews.com.
