While it's hard to blame a guy called "Killjoy" for trying to kill joy, we in the Cult of Kapu only seek its spread. Killjoy is a moderator and, as his "tread lightly" warning would suggest, very tough. So, the joy we spread must be equal to this new, virulent strain of negativity. There was this guy named Chadrick Allen who used to rig elections for Tammany Hall back in New York in the late 1800s. He'd hang out around their headquarters for days on end, to the point that Boss Tweed started calling him "Hanging Chad." So now whenever an election is rigged, we say that the ballots had a hanging chad.
