Compare the two: Edge is once again on top....but what about Christian?

Yep finally they did something right and personally i hope they dont have him job to this crap of a champ sheamus. that will be insulting because we all now christian is 10x better then this loser.

NO.

Christian does NOT belong on Raw. Raw is a show crawling with Main Eventers and a handful of mid-carders jobbing. He deserves a home on Smackdown and it seems like a much more logical choice than going to Raw. Smackdown isn't as stacked, he can re-unite/feud with Edge, and put on great matches there.

Christian does deserve just as much as Edge, but the pattern here seems to be like that of past Tag Teams such as Marty Jannetty and Shawn Michaels and/or Matt Hardy and Jeff Hardy. One seems to always overshadow the other via favour of creative/big fish. While a lot of people believe that Christian winning the ECW Championship was parallel to nothing, I have to say that it was something. It may not be treated as a World title, but I'd say it was the top prize among all the mid-card titles in WWE and why? Because Christian was holding it for such a lengthy time and repeatedly putting on good matches. That gives it at least some prestige. Edge is always doing great. We know he is a main eventer, so not much needs to even be mentioned about him as far as success is concerned. Christian on the other hand needs a WWE Championship or a World Heavyweight Championship to his name. He is at that stage in his career or at least close enough. In fact, it's the only Championship he hasn't won in his time with the WWE. He does NOT need another mid-card Championship run, because let's face it, he's above that at this point. He's proven that with his more-than-sufficient mic skills and in-ring dexterity. What he needs is a string of victories over established names on Smackdown!, and then that golden opportunity to fight for the World Heavyweight Championship.

Both have stated in interviews they want to work together again and I think its only a matter of time before they do. Both are excellent workers and have the rare ability to be extremely over as either a heel or face. Their mic work is terrific, and both have come a very long way since their debuts in 1998. There is so much potential, having them reunite or feud, and sooner rather than later E&C will be in the ring together again. I just hope its as partners before a feud.

While Christian hasn't been used to his full potential (and to be honest there are dozens of wrestlers who aren't in both WWE & TNA), I think this is more of a transitional phase since his return from TNA. It is similar to when Jeff Hardy returned from TNA, sure he had more of a spotlight put on him when he arrived, but for the first year, year and a half after he returned, he was a mid carder, he feuded over the IC title for most of that time, then being given shots at the World titles yet it was obvious they weren't going to pull the trigger on it at that stage. They built him back up over time & I think they are doing the same with Christian, but only time will tell.

If he goes to Smackdown after ECW disbands he has a shot at making it & a ready made feud set with Edge, if he goes to RAW I see a less bright future for Christian
