Cody Rhodes' Version Of The IC Title

Occasional Pre-Show
Not sure if this has been addressed, but I hadn't seen anything on it. When Cody first brought back the "classic" IC title belt, it was the classic design but had some updates to it...specifically it had some background engravings which gave it a texture different from the original belt. Since then it seems the belt has been changed yet again and the engravings are gone and a smooth background exists on the belt much like the original. Just curious if there was anything to this or a reason behind it...

I can't see any difference. The "new" one still seems to have the engravings.

Who cares anyway?

you sure it's not just the belt in different light? plus the quality of the picture. I don't really see any difference.

No , I'm sure it's not the same, I do apologize for the quality of the pics. It's very noticeable to on television, I'm sure I'm not the only one who sees it but maybe the only one who bothered to mention it lol. It's not a big deal either way...I just find it odd they made a second switch. This has always been my favorite title and I am very happy they went back to that design. Thought somebody here might have some insight on it. Also I'm curious why this was moved to the spam section?

I see what you're saying, TS. Good eye.

I would never have caught that in a millions years, but yes...they are different

Thanks. I'm not quite sure why they did it, but since nobody knows....my theory at this point is the first belt Cody brought out was lost somehow and they had to do a quick replacement with a replica
