Keep in mind that there are a lot of spots still left for the Rumble. He could pull a Mick Foley and appear in the Rumble several times under several different guises, which is something I hope they do.

Personally, I'd like to see him do Chucky The Dragon Steamhaas.

Charlie Haas won't come out specifically because of the booing thing. He's a face, so they wouldn't want him to be booed, and the Royal Rumble is one of those situations where a formerly retired wrestler can actually make an appearance, so people aren't as surprised. If the fans suddenly heard "ITS TIME! ITS TIME! ITS VADER TIME!" and it turned out to be Charlie Haas, they'd boo him.

But for kicks, I'd like to see him come out and do an impression of some of the guys from the 90s, like Tatanka, Road Dogg (imagine if he did the "Oh you didn't know?" part lol), Dude Love, Legion of Doom, or even "Double J" Jeff Jarrett. Those would be funny to see.

They'd only boo if it was a face he was mocking. If he came out as Million Dollar Charlie Haas, or Papa Haas, they'd love it.

Double J could work, especially if they make it a direct knock against TNA.

Why would they acknowledge TNA now after failing to do with Chris Harris or Monty Brown?

TNA are not a threat to WWE so there will be no acknowledgement or even a poke at them. it's not worth their time as Vinnie Mac would not get the joke.
