Championship Wrestling Federation

Too Sweet To Be Sour
Nobody thought that it could happen. But, due to unknown financial circumstances, the WWE had to file for bankruptcy. TNA had the chance to rise to the top with no competition but crumbled under the pressure. There were small independent companies left, but none had the budget to take over nationally. But, soon, a mastermind found an unknown money source and hired world class talent to compete their vision, the Championship Wrestling Federation. This person has chosen to remain anonymous, to be revealed on the first episode of the CWF's weekly show, Saturday Night Elite. More information will be posted on this website soon.

Presenting the world class talent of the Championship Wrestling Federation (Part 1):

Face
Heel
Tweener

john_cena.jpg

The former WWE Tag Team, U.S. and Heavyweight Champion and the biggest star of the era, John Cena, is proud to be a member of the CWF roster. He brings his power, strength and charisma to the CWF, not to mention his wide fan base: The CeNation

randy-orton.jpg

The Viper, Randy Orton, brings himself and the voices he hears to compete in CWF. His dangerous mannerisms and violent personality are sure to make an impact. He attacks and will destroy anyone and everyone in his way, which surprisingly garners the support of the fans. They may love him, but his co-workers don't, as Orton would RKO his own mother to be on top of the company.

The-Miz-the-miz-michael-mizanin-14895131-704-1024.gif

The Miz is awesome: at least to himself. And he'll tell anyone who listens. He is cocky, arrogant and believes he is the greatest thing since sliced bread. He is willing to do anything to get to the top. Some wood call him cowardice: he'd just say he is just smart.

2981332451_1_3_bT3xd12Q.jpg

C.M. Punk is the Straight Edge Savior: pro wrestling's modern day messiah. He is sarcastic, witty, and some would say a diabolical genius. He is extremely smart and knows how to manipulate people to his will and take advantage of every situation. He looks to reach the top of the totem pole where ever he goes and save as many people as possible along the way.

christian-cage-interview-20070209032406254-000_640w.jpg

Christian Cage is a veteran of the game and a wildly liked one at that. From his tag team days with Edge to being an NWA and ECW Champion, he has always had his fair share of peeps which seems to grow larger each day. The funny, charismatic, goffy and lovable superstar knows when to party and have fun and knows when to take care of business, which he usually does. He has been known as "The Instant Classic", "Captain Charisma", and "CLB-Creepy Little Bastard", all of which can fit. But he is hard working and willing to give it all in the ring, and wants to be the cream of the crop where ever he goes.

Part Two...

AJ_Styles_0002.jpg

A.J. Styles is the second coming of the wheeling, dealing, kiss stealing, limo riding, jet flying stars of yesteryear like Ric Flair and the Four Horseman. He used to be a man of the company, who fought on the Frontline for TNA and was an original star of the company. But he sold out to Ric Flair and Fortune, and the rest is history. He is all about the money now, and is focused on being the best.

samoa-joe-533780a36.jpg

Samoa Joe is a submission specialist from the isle of Samoa. He is a tough competitor who, despite his size, is very agile and an amazing competitor. From his ROH days to TNA, he has always been championship material. He doesn't take crap from anyone and is always looking to compete. He is loyal to what he believes in and respect is simple: You respect him, he'll respect you.

407px-American_Dragon....jpg

"The American Dragon", Daniel Bryan is not complicated. No fancy gimmicks or characters, he is a competitor. He is just the average guy, but he can whip anyone's ass on any given day. No strings attached, no punches pulled: He's here to fight, he's here to win, and that's all that matters.

f0f62a2c4bdolphziggler.jpg

Dolph Ziggler is perfection: at least he believes so. He thinks he is perfect, and he is certainly close. He thinks he is the only one who matters and deserves anything, which makes for some...interesting times.

WadeBarrett1.jpg

Wade Barrett, straight from the streets of Manchester, England is a bareknuckle fighter with a love of power and money. Smug, arrogant, and confident, he'll do anything to reach the top of the food chain, as proven before via means of The Nexus and The Corre. He is on his own now, and hopefully his talents will get him to where he wants: which he has plenty of.

l.jpg

John Morrison is a different type of man. He is laid back, funny, charismatic, and...well different. He views himself as a shaman, an enigma, an artist. A master in parkour and a deep philosophical mind, Morrison is certainly unqiue next to most other superstars, and he is determined to become a champion in CWF.

Part Three....

lizmark-e1278693105835.jpg

Lizmark Jr. is a luchador straight from Mexico, ready to make an impact in the United States. He wants to so the No Limits Division how a true rudo does it, and he plans on doing it quickly.

cody_rhodes3.jpg

"Dashing" Cody Rhodes is here to "dash" the dreams of the CWF superstars in route to becoming a champion. He isn't afraid to do anything to get to the top either: including giving grooming tips to the "less fortunate" people in the locker room and audience. He is possibly the best looking CWF star: he just better hope he doesn't hurt those looks in the ring.

robert_roode.jpg

Robert Roode is all about the money: his love of money drives his career; well that, and his drive to dominate the industry. He is ruthless and determined to win be a champion in the company, and won't stop at anything. As Roode says: "My mind on my money."

voladorjrluchalibre.jpg

Volador Jr. is in CWF to show the American crowd how go with No Limits. He hopes to put his talent on display to all of the world and dominate the company.

Part Four....

0.jpg

Trent Baretta is young, laid back, charismatic, and extremely athletic. He is a talented wrestler with star potential and a bright future, and is ready to show CWF what he has.

02.jpg

"The Psycho Shooter" Drake Younger has arrived. A technically gifted CZW Death match and Heavyweight Champion, Younger is trained in many different styles, and wants to show them off. He is a fighter who takes no crap and isn't out to put on a show or win anyone over. He wants to fight, compete, and win, and that's exactly what he plans on doing.

KofiKingston-1.jpg

The African Sensation Kofi Kingston is ready to attack the scene of CWF with force and impact, and wants to win and rise to the top of the company. Happy go-lucky, and always smiling in a good mood, some people wonder if there was any hidden meaning to his Jamaican persona he used to play, if you get what we mean.

Sin-Cara-wwe-19623667-495-700.jpg

The Faceless One, known as Sin Cara, is ready to bring his mystique, aura, and high octane brand of lucha libre to CWF. He won't relent until he reaches the top and proves his ability to his loyal fans. He is always ready to compete, and is looking to shock fans with his ability.

Part Five...

Zack-Ryder-96.jpg
curthawkinswwewrestlingfx9.jpg

Zack Ryder and Curt Hawkins are straight from the Big Apple: Ryder from the L.I. and Hawkins from Queens. The Long Island Iced Z, Zack Ryder is all about the Jersey Shore life style: clubbing, girls, and tanning. He loves social networking and living the good life. Hawkins is much the same, as Ryder's best "broski". He is the self-proclaimed party-starter, and knows how to have a good time. These two look to make an impacts in CWF's Tag Team Division.

slater-justin-nxt.jpg

The former NXT Season 1 rookies, Nexus and Corre members, and WWE Tag Team Champions are now in CWF. They are ready to compete in the best Tag Team division in the world and try to take the CWF Tag Team Championships. They are mean, ruthless, young and hungry, and won't stop at anything to get what they want.

Austin+Aries.jpg
petey-williams-photo.jpg

"A Double" Austin Aries has a third A: A-List. The self-proclaimed Greatest Man Who Ever Lived lives and breathes to be a star, and could care less what he has to do on the way. Equipped with his friend and muscle (Maple-Leaf Muscle to be precise) Petey Williams, he is ready to capture gold in the CWF, starting with the tag team division. Petey is hungry for the gold too, as he hasn't had much success since his TNA days, as is looking to use his muscle and skill to become a champion. And Aries? As "A Double" would say, a star has been born. And he is looking to become a champion too.

Part Six...

1271216960339_f.jpg

The Murder City Machine Guns, straight outta Detroit, are ready to break down the walls of the CWF Tag Team Division. They are widely regarded as one of the best tag teams in professional wrestling today. With a high impact, high octane move set and fun personalities, they are known to set whatever company they are in on fire, and we're sure it'll bee no different in CWF.

Worlds-greatest-tag-team.jpg

The World's Greatest Tag Team is composed of two collegiate world class athletes in Charlie Haas and Shelton Benjamin. They are slightly arrogant, but with good reason as they are among the elite in the ring. They are always ready to compete, and are in CWF to dominate the tag team division.

profile_masatoyoshino.jpg
profile_narukidoi.jpg

The combination of "Speed Star" Masato Yoshino and "Bosou Muscle" Naruki Doi, collectively known as Speed Muscle or Muscle Outlaw'z, have found their way from the Land of the Rising Sun to CWF. Representing the Dragon Gate promotion of Japan, they are ready to Open The Dragon gate and unleash it's fury upon CWF. They are determined to be the best and prove theirselves world wide, and look to take CWF, it's tag team division, and America by storm.

Part Seven...

4JTG2.jpg

JTG is "Just That Gangsta" and is ready to prove it to the CWF. He has a high-flying style and bring a colorful personality to the Federation.

valvenis1.jpg

Val Venis is a man of many trades. Professional wrestler, ladies man, and former porn star. He hits home runs with all the ladies and knows how to bring it in the ring. A wily veteran of the game, he brings his experience and knowledge with him to CWF.

Chavo-Guerrero.jpg

Chavo Guerrero Jr. is a living legend. He has forged a legacy in Mexico and America and comes from a long bloodline of great professional wrestlers, such as Gory and Eddie Guerrero. His tactics are sometimes questionable, but he is always determined to win, and honor his late uncle Eddie.

Part Eight...

11985204

Goldust is a very odd superstar indeed. With an obsession of Hollywood, acting, and movies, he even goes as far as to dress and paint himself resembling a golden globe award. Some might call him strange, his obsession unhealthy: and they'd probably be right.

shannonmoored.jpg

Shannon Moore is the Prince of Punk. He is hates everything and everyone. Apathetic and dreary, he is recluse, and can be found sitting in the back listening to loud metal music. Yeah, weird.

1241372836071_f.jpg

Primo Colon is a Puerto Rican superstar determined to show off his wrestling skills in CWF. A member of the Colon family and a hero to his home country, he is ruthless, mean, and determined to win.

Championship Wrestling Federation Elite Preview:

thesignguy.png

Things have been heating up on Elite since the show debuted, and it is coming to a head this week. The attacks made by C.M. Punk to make his "impact" may come to haunt him, as he faces off against Randy Orton and Daniel Bryan in a huge Triple Threat match. Both men want to get their hands on each other, but Bryan will be looking to avenge his loss to Orton to weeks ago in the main event. Plus, Orton reminded Bryan they aren't buddies with each other with an RKO last week. All the tension will come to a head on Elite, but who will emerge victorious?

Also, John Cena was attacked by C.M. Punk with a steel chair in the main event match last week. Punk was disqualified and his team lost, but a statement was made. And with suspicions that Punk was the attacker of Cena on the debut episode, Cena is set to be even more angry with the self-proclaimed Straight-Edge Messiah than ever. Will Cena address the C.M. Punk this week, and will Punk have another "statement" to make?

Last week, Chris Jericho announced a tournament last week to determined who will fight for the inaugural CWF Elite championship. All we know so far is that John Cena and The Miz will compete in it, but there are six unknown competitors who are cream of the crop talent in CWF, as Jericho put it. With two first round matches, more of these competitors will be revealed this week and two stars wil advance to the semi-finals of this tournament, and will be one step closer to achieving history. Who will it be?

Plus, will we see any further development in the problems between A.J. Styles and Samoa Joe which have been escalating lately? Will the duo of Zack Ryder and Curt Hawkins continue to impress? Will The Murder City Machine Guns and Austin Aries and Petey Williams work out any problems? Will we see any more confrontation between Cody Rhodes and Sin Cara? And will Christian Cage confront Dolph Ziggler on his les than honest victory last week? All this and more, on the next edition of Championship Wrestling Federation Elite!

Championship Wrestling Federation Elite Preview:

thesignguy.png

With the fourth episode of Elite on the horizon, and Guerrilla Warfare rapidly approaching, things are heating up in the professional wrestling hotbox that is CWF. C.M. Punk and John Cena are getting even more personal with each other, as Punk has attacked the position of Cena with in the professional wrestling world, and has stated his desire to be in the position Cena is. Punk hungers to be in Cena's position to give the fans a "good" role model and to be the face of the pro wrestling world, as he views himself as the best in the world himself. But to get the title, and to get his hands on Cena to prove that he is better, he must advance in his first-round match in the CWF Elite Championship tournament.

A.J. Styles was attacked by Samoa Joe after he viciously insulted him, after Joe tried to dig deep and get his former friend back. But now that A.J. Styles has channeled his inner cockiness and swagger, he doesn't plan on turning back any time soon. But things took a turn for the more personal side as Styles cost Joe his match in the tournament. This resulted in the two men brawling as Elite went off air last week, and Styles is set to address the crowd and have a tournament match this coming week. What will the Phenomenal One have to say, and will he get one step close to title gold this week on Elite.

After a brutal attack, Christian has a concussion and will not be able to make the show this week. But his attacker, Dolph Ziggler, will be, and Chris Jericho is sure to have words for him. The final two first round tournament matches are lined up, and John Morrison set to do battle with Cody Rhodes this week on Elite. With war on the horizon in five short weeks, it seems that sometimes it is just never enough for some of the stars on CWF Elite. But it is certain a few will take one step closer to success in CWF, but which ones? Tune into the fourth episode of CWF Elite to find out!
