i really like carlito right now. hes getting into that good guy stage. im really looking forward to see what might happen next with him. but i have to say as of right now...he doesnt even have a feud going...hes just there. wwe needs to give him something to work on.

Carlito is the best thing going in the WWE today he can do it all wrestle, cut promos and is over with the fans. The WWE needs to stop the BS and give him the ball, this guy is the future and with the lack of talent in the company the future is now.

I don't think I've ever seen a wrestler more overrated by fans than Carlito. The guy is lame on pretty much every level. He overacts, talks like Will Shatner, and has the worst theme music that I can remember.

not true at all. carlito is really funny and knows how to entertain. wrestling wise-his moves are somewhat good. but overall...he knows how to make you laugh. hes cool.

I don't find Carlito funny at all. His "Anal what?" joke was maybe the stupidest thing I've seen on Raw all year. Maria is pretty good, though, so she could help him out. I just think his delivery when he speaks is plain awful and him trying to play off being a badass while using PG language just doesn't cut it. He's like a really terrible Razor Ramon clone.

Oh, and this is something else I'll address. Carlito had almost a 3-month reign as IC champion and it may have been the worst reign of all-time. I think he defended the belt twice in that entire span and lost one of those two times. That's not his fault so much as the writers', but that really took away from him in my eyes. When I see a reign that bad, I don't want to see it again.

I think they should team him up against a team involving him vs shelton benjamin and out of that make a storyline, hell even make one where he turns on his teammate or seomthing, anything that will get the attention of the audience and make him be the cool bad guy he really is

true his title reign did suck, but Carlito isn't to blame, It's the WWE creative teams fault his title reign sucked

I hated Carlito when he came in. I thought "who is this kid?" I also was a Cena fan, and I was horrified when Carlito won the title from Cena. I know I'm gonna get bashed for not hating Cena, but somebody has to be a fan of his, no? Oh yeah, and about his delivery. He has an accent. A lot of people who come from spanish speaking places phrase differently. I don't know why that is a problem. He's hilarious. Razor Ramon? You don't think that Razor Ramon was way more over the top than Carlito? I mean, just the accent was crazy! I am A Scott Hall fan, but cmon. Carlito should have been pushed on his skills and not his hair, his apple, and his ability to cheat. I think Carlito can be a better champ than Shelton, but I think he needs to refine himself before he gets a shot at the world title. What in the hell was that thing with Nitro? No way should he have gotten a shot before Carlito! Um....Masters is a chode! Buh bye.

Carlito is getting his big push....he's supposed to fued with edge for the title after summerslam. Edge vs rvd vs cena is scheduled for summerslam with edge emerging as champion. Cena will cause rvd to win at vengence,...thus setting up the tripple threat at summerslam. Ege wins the title and fueds with carlito.

This is pretty ironic seeing as how Carlito won the IC title from Benjamin his FIRST NIGHT on Raw...

As for Carlito getting a WORLD TITLE push...that's criminal. Now CARLITO jumps in front of Kane? I really don't know what to think anymore. Benjamin should be ahead of Carlito for a title push as well, although his mic skills are laughable.

I also don't like the thought of the 3-way match at Summerslam. Title matches on the major PPVs should be one on one, IMO. Now we can look forward to a month of predictable handicapped 2 v 1 matches that we saw leading up to the last Raw PPV. I also think that by SS, they should have the brand split with ECW complete and that a RAW superstar should have the belt, not RVD.

i hope he does win the gold next sunday because him and shelton are great 2geva in the ring hopefully it cud bring us sum classic matches

lets jus hope the IC champ duz want 2 go and get the WWE title jus like shelton has been in both MITB matches

Carlito's a fun character is watch. He has pretty solid wrestling moves, and his mic skills are above average. I find the scenes he does with Maria to be hilarious, as she provides a straight woman (well she's not a man) for his jokes. They should make her his valet, and with more segments together I think Carlito would go over better.

Carlito is more of the "straight man", but I know what you are saying. They should do more with this, as I find Maria's "dumb interviewer act" to be as "dumb" as the guy who came up with it. Who could I be talking about? For what I mean by "straight man", reference Burns/Allen.

This is not my first post. I have not posted in a while and had to register again for some reason. But I was a member at least for the last three or four years. I forget at my age. But I rarely comment in forums because of some of the intensity by some fans. But Carlito is one of my favorites. And Wrestlezone is were I come to read the latest news on the WWE.

Either way Masked Vato I think Carlito and Maria do some wicked segments and the WWE should try to build on that. I think they generally are underutilizing both of them at the moment so it would be a good move.

Carlito is a great wrestler with good in ring ability and mic skills also I think and a lot of people I know think Carlito should get a big push and also beat up Shelton Benjamin I agree with ealesy

Well Raw hinted at a feud between Carlito and Nitro, which involved Trish Stratus and Melena. That could be interesting, I have to think Carlito gets the IC title back sooner or later as he seems like too good a talent not to be given a storyline.

I think the feud with Masters is off as I heard he was being moved to smackdown.
