Can you see TODAYS legends jobbing during Royal Rumbles?

As I do on a weekly basis waiting for Raw to start, I find myself watching old Royal Rumbles (my favourite being 2011, purely for C.M Punk and Nexus, only to be torn apart by Cena).

It came to me that all the 'legends' that come back never really set the rumble alight, you get them 'doing what they did' (Foley will bring out Mr Socko, Lawler will inevitably do his thing off the top rope, Road Dogg doing his shake etc) but then they get put out by some upper mid card guy.

My question is though, do you see TODAY'S 'legends' doing the same in the future? Do you think during the 2025 Royal Rumble, we'll drop down to number 23 and suddenly the lights will go out and we hear that famous GONG of The Undertaker, only for him to be eliminated by whoever the U.S Champion is. In 2030, will we be treated to the shattering of broken glass, then Austin gets eliminated by somebody in their first rumble?

I don't really think we'd see people like Stone Cold or Undertaker in the Royal Rumble.
10 or 15 years from now we may see someone like Santino come out and do the cobra for comedy sake and then get thrown out.

In 2025 and 2030, SCSA and Taker will be lucky if they can still walk, which already isn't a strong point for either man. But entering a Rumble as a nostalgia act is a bit beneath both men. It would be like Hulk Hogan coming back and being eliminated in a minute. Neither man needs the cash or publicity, so why bother?

There are plenty of other people I could see doing the nostalgia bit, however. Edge, Batista, Randy Orton, Jeff Hardy; pretty much, every name that's been near the top, but weren't decade-long stars at the very top of the industry.
