It's just a creative way to take him off TV to heal his broken orbital bone. It is possible that he went into a coma if he did have a concussion, but once again they'd be making a huge deal out of it as would the news.

As a result, it could be a way to turn Rey Mysterio heel or Taker come back heel to revenge being taken out or 3rd option, Kane did it which isn't the first time. And they could write it something to the effect that prior to WrestleMania Taker said the only thing that brought joy to his heart was fighting his brother.

One thing i will say is the promo Kane cut in ring, that'd have to be his best promo EVER...

Wow, this is actually being put off as a real incident? The Undertaker being in a "vegetative state" isn't a shoot -- it's just kayfabe to make up for Mark's nose being fractured and his orbital bone being broken. The creators needed to come up with something that would provide for The Deadman not being in the Fatal Four Way match, but entertain the crowd at the same time.

This is NOT real, just a storyline. Then again, you could continue thinking he's dead if you want -- it would just make it all the more shocking when you see him "rise from the dead" in a few weeks.
