Can CM Punk feud with Triple H?

It is almost certainly nothing more than a pipedream, which relies on many things happening between now and whenever it was to happen, but watching CM Punk's promo last night got me thinking and hoping that maybe one day this could lead to what would surely be an amazing feud with Triple H.

The man Punk referred to as a 'doofus' after calling his wife idiotic would of course have to wait through either a long feud with John Cena over the summer, or a CM Punk hiatus for his chance to feud with the Straight Edge Superstar, but assuming Punk has signed a new contract already or will return to the company in the future, these are my questions:

1: Would you like to see a CM Punk vs Triple H feud?

2: Do you think we will see a CM Punk vs Triple H feud?

3: How would you set this up?

i dont really like this feud because to be honest all HHH feuds are the same. I mean the farthest hes gone since attitude days was when he was in the mania 25 feud with orton seems like a blueprint for CM Punk v HHH

1) Would I like to see a C.M. Punk/HHH feud? Not really. The reason why is because I know, more than likely, HHH will come out on top & I'd feel some kind of way about that. The door is certainly open to a feud, but I just personally don't want to see that happening.

2) Do I think they'll feud? Probably. But that depends on how far time has gone when the feud actually takes shape. We haven't seen HHH on WWE T.V. since the day after WrestleMania and from what I remember, he was saying to The Undertaker that he wanted another piece of him. It'd be a bit goofy to drop one feud for another without taking off with the first feud. But stranger things have happened, so I say it's 40% likely they may feud.

3) How would I set this up? I wouldn't. I don't care to see HHH get into it with Punk and so therefore I wouldn't do anything to ensure they cross paths. They never had a history, and it wasn't like Punk was lying about a lot of what he said. To the fans, Punk is absolutely right about a lot of things, so what is HHH gonna do, defend the truth? I know he commented on his wife, but still. I just don't see it going anywhere.

Abso-fucking-lutely. I could just imagine how intense and personal this feud would be. With Punk bringing up why he couldn't use the Pepsi Plunge anymore, to Triple H knocking him for being an indy star, and all that other jazz.

The seeds were definitely planted last night, I just don't know if Trips wants to keep wrestling on a long term basis. That and with C.M. Punk probably taking time off from the business. If it does happen it will be awhile from now, but I think the WWE will miss the boat on this one.

3: How would you set this up?

If I was behind this, I wouldn't set it up. I would let those two set it up, just because of their mind for the business, and how they know exactly what to do and say to get the program off the ground and over.

I was having thoughts about this as well and I think it could be great as long as in the end Punk comes out on top. However, I don't know if it would ever happen, and if it did I would be skeptical if it could be done right. I don't think it would be hard to set up (Punk destroys HBK in a segment or runs his mouth about HBK, Punk runs his mouth about Stephanie and HHH, Punk has the title and HHH wants to take it off of him). My idea for setting it up would have HHH do some taped segments for a while threatening to attack. After a lot of hype Triple H shows up on Raw while Punk is in the ring alone. Nexus beats HHH to the ring to protect Punk. HHH goes under the ring for the sledge hammer. When he goes to swing the sledge hammer at Ryan/Otunga/Hennig the handle breaks in leaving HHH shocked and unarmed. He gets destroyed by Punk and Nexus. At the end, Punk can pull a saw from under the ring to show how predictable HHH is and how much smarter Punk is. Not sure if would work or if is too corny.

I have never been able to stand Preperation H. He's annoying, and dull just like Cena. The seeds were set but because son-in-law is greedy and only knows greedy business, he would never allow Punk to go over clean..............which is what must happen for this to have any chance of working.

Booked and built properly, absolutely. Don't just throw them in a feud at the last minute for a PPV. Make it meaningful.

Very doubtful. I think HHH plans to fight one more big match against the Undertaker at WM 28 and go off into the sunset (corporate offices) as the last man to lose to 'Taker at WM.

3: How would you set this up?

I'd keep Punk "shooting" on the mic, talking bad about the McMahon/Helmsley leadership of the company. Bring up past failures, performers who have come and gone, make it personal. Have Punk spend time calling HHH out to the ring only for him to no-show. After a month or two, have Punk find HHH in an office backstage, and blindside him...build it like that. Make HHH seem like the coward in the fight. Like he's trying to take the high road, but has no real re-course other than to ignore Punk directly and book him into matches that are impossible for him to win. Really mess with Punk's character and record. Let it boil over into a feud you really, truly have to see through to the conclusion.

i believe CM Punk deserves to have a wrestlemania feud with both HHH and Steve Austin. he's the best thing since shawn michaels and he's the guy WWE should put their faith in

I would. I just don't believe Punk will get the ending he could use to build himself up.
Say Punk stays and he wins the title off Cena. Then Triple H comes in and they have a feud. I would be highly surprised if they had a match at WM and Punk kept the belt.

That seems unlikely. If Punk stays (which he might not) the likelihood that he'd be the first person Triple H faces if he should return to the ring is pretty remote.

3: How would you set this up?

I'd go with Punk winning the title off Cena and fending him off for a few ppvs and then at Royal Rumble, have Triple H face him there or have Triple H make a return at RR and win the event and face Punk at WM.

I would love to see a feud between The Game and CM Punk. While I don't think they would put on any 5 star matches I think it could be one amazing fued.

It seems highly unlikely that we would see any sort of feud involving Triple H since he is basically Raw's version of The Undertaker, showing up a few times thoughout the year, but basically sticking around for Wrestle Mania.

3: How would you set this up?

I think this whole shoot promo to end raw is going to set up a feud between CM Punk and Mr. McMahon. I think it would be awesome to see Triple H return at MITB and either screw Punk out of the WWE Championship or annihilating immediately after the match with his trusty sledge hammer. Then on Raw open up with Triple H cutting a promo about how it was a mistake for Punk to mention his name, only to be interrupted by Punk saying that he has resigned with the WWE on the condition that he gets to take on Triple H. This would lead to a match at Summer Slam between the two and you could have a controversial finish setting up a rematch at Night of Champions and then have a final encounter at Hell In The Cell.

I Don't Thing HHH has The Fire For Performing like he once did so this would't be a great fead hell HHH didn't even realy finish the feaud with orten or Sheamus for that Matter why would this happen hed first have to Beat Orten For the Gold then Beat the Hell out of Sheamus For saying over the past year or two that he ended his carrer for him to even start a new fead. It Would Be A Good Fead But Not Because HHH and hes my favorite wrestler. But Name one great HHH that had great wrestling in it besides HBK and The Rock.

Yes. I don't think the in-ring part would be great, but the promos would probably be fantastic.

Very unlikely. Fist, CM Punk mind indeed be leaving the WWE this year (I don't think so, but it's a real possibility still). Triple H might not be interested in fighting a lot of matches. And even if CM Punk do stay on WWE and Triple H do stay active, it wouldn't be very likely for the feud to happen.

3: How would you set this up?
I would start it with a feud between a heel Punk and a heel McMahon, but then a face Triple H would shove McMahon aside to defend the WWE by himself.

2.Sadly, no. Punk is just SO fucking good that he has me beleiving hes really suspended and really leaving

3.I would have Punk show up at every RAW leading up to MITB even though hes "suspended" in street clothes through the audience , he would fuck Cena out of winning matches every week and then get on the mic untill cut off.

At MITB despite being removed from the title match CM Punk would show up through the audience towards the end of the RAW MITB match run in and grab the breifcase while everybody is down

Then right after the match between Cena & Whoever Punk would cash in on Cena , winning the WWE title

The next day on RAW CM Punk opens the show by coming to the ring with his new WWE title and says hes leaving with it now. Then you hear Vinces theme song hit and he struts out as he normally does.

At this point Vince would concede and admit that Punk was and is right , about everything... and that he will do anything to keep Punk and that hes going to turn over a new leaf. Punk then demands higher pay , more use of him , less use of Cena , and then also demands that Vince kiss HIS ass because of how many people hes made kiss his ass both literally and figurativley

Vince hesitantly agrees to all of the above , and joins the kiss my ass club himself

THEN the next week on RAW CM Punk would be in the ring recapping what happened at MITB and the week before on RAW when HHHs theme song hits. Triple H then cuts a promo to the effect of "You stupid ungrateful son of a bitch , how dare you call me and my family morons and make my father in law kiss your ass , I'm gonna rip your ass off and make you kiss your own ass" , or something like that.

Then a brawl would ensue in the ring between the 2 and it becomes a whole fued culminating in a last man standing loser leaves WWE match at Summerslam. From that point you could go either A.Punk loses and then either takes a break from wrestling and returns to WWE later , or perhaps just goes to TNA/ROH/Etc. or B.Triple H uses this as an opportunity to be written into retirement while putting Punk over big time

I would love to see Triple H and CM Punk have feud or at least have a match. Im sick of seeing the same feuds over and over again and i dont think we've ever had a fued between the two. I'd imagine the build up to be effin awesome. But unfortunately i don't think we'll ever see this match happening mainly because i don't think Trips has it in him anymore. I mean we haven't see him on WWE TV since WrestleMania and he says he'd like another go at Taker when they'd both come back. But if HHH v Punk was to happen id love it to happen at WrestleMania Next year but as long as a match or feud happens i really wouldn't be arsed which PPV it takes place on.

Triple H would have to invest a lot of time and effort into it which I can't see him doing at the moment. It'd make a great feud and also several intresting promos/matches. Theres certainly loads for Punk to speak about (the whole being part of the family/using that to get to the top and stay there etc)and from Triple H's point he could argue he got to the top because he is the best and is that damn good.

All depends on what Triple H's future is.

CM Punk opened the door for any and every Face vs Heel feud on Monday Night by stating he was the best in the world. He could feud with Triple H, Cena, Orton, Taker, HBK, Jericho, and the list continues.

1: Would you like to see a CM Punk vs Triple H feud?
They've been thrown into matches with each other before, but it was the typical I'm Triple H on Raw, your a Smackdown superstar time to get buried match. A real feud between the two is plausible but I don't see Triple H working any real long term stories at any point in the future.

2: Do you think we will see a CM Punk vs Triple H feud?
Probably not due to HHH having a bigger load of work behind scenes than on air. Triple H can still go, but him vs Punk really doesn't work now

3: How would you set this up?
Punk said hes better than everyone in the world on Monday, the doors wide open for competition now

The match would have to be conditional. I don't want to see it at SummerSlam, because that means we would more than likely see Undertaker/Triple H II at Mania again... Maybe if Punk took some time off than came back for Mania he could feud with Triple H. Hunter doesn't like to miss the big dance, and I'm sure he'd be more than willing to work with a returning star. The other condition is that CM Punk would have to destroy Triple H. I don't care who wins the actual match, but at the end of the night the Game needs to leave in a stretcher with CM Punk standing tall.

This fued would be huge but Having this wont happen. HHH would bury punk in most ocasion and i doubt punk would have the last laugh. There really isint a way to patch this up as HHH is retired from wrstling and there is no excuse for HHH to return for a punk fued.
