Jesse and Sam have spectacular moments on screen together. So funny. It'll be interesting to see how Sam, Jesse, Fiona, and Michael all interact now that everyone is back in Miami.Best episode of the season so far. It's a shame the show is ending, but where else could they goa/ Only Jesse truly feels fresh, and his rapport with Sam is some of the best stuff on the show. The two of them working as bounty hunters after Mike made for some lighter faire on the show, and Sam feigning shock at Jesse's "death" before "dying" himself was truly funny.
Is there anyone else who hopes Mike and Fiona don't wind up together? He made a deal to protect her, from jail we find out in this episode, and she still, instead of seeming the slightest bit grateful, wants nothing to do with him ever again. Part of me hopes he winds up with Sonya, the "key" to everything, whom good ol Bruce sacrificed himself to save last week. She just seems to have that badass quality that Fiona aims for, yet hasn't used her sexuality to get what she wants, like Fiona constantly tries to.
But alas, Carlos will prove to be a central piece to the mystery of all of this, bad of course, and Fi will run back to Michael in the finale, with him embracing her with open arms, his priorities finally straight. Because taking on this mission to keep her and the rest of his merry crew out of jail wasn't enough, I suppose.
Good episode this week.
I still don't know where Sonya will go as a character -- could end up turning on Michael -- but I don't think she ends up with Michael. As strange as Fiona has been this season, she didn't know what Michael did for her (and all of them); it seems fitting that Fiona and Michael end up together and they all go back to handling local cases in Miami, even if it might be on the cheesy side.
