Wrestlemania XXX is upon us, and the biggest star of this generation is currently feuding with a guy that some would say is beneath him at this moment in time. I have seen a lot of talk on whether or not the dark cult leader Bray Wyatt is ready for the big times, but I want to see what you guys think now that he has been placed in a program with John Cena.

Question is a pretty simple one: Do you think Bray Wyatt is prepared to be catapulted to the forefront of the WWE with a match up like this?

Personally, I am stoked WWE is giving a guy like Bray a run with the biggest face they have. It speaks volumes on how much they are behind him, and win or lose this should be a decent match. Both of their personas seem to contrast well as opponents and I'm all for younger talent getting that special push in their career that this one seems to be.

What do you guys think?

Personally I have been very interested in seeing how this feud plays out going forward.

To have back to back programmes with two most over babyfaces on the roster,Daniel Bryan and John Cena, some interaction with Punk also and then THAT feud with the other dominant stable in the WWE, the Shield.
If the majority haven't realised...they beat 2 out the 3 of the opponents mentioned and the 3rd is still in progress.

On this feud; the build up has been average thus far and I do hope it is slowly built and lasts until after Mania30 with Bray coming out looking like a true Top Heel in the end.

I am really looking forward to seeing how this in some ways, very unique and creative feud will continue over the coming weeks and leading into the actual event itself. I am not expecting any kind of technical masterpiece out of these two but I am expecting a brawl. It's also good to see the WWE seriously getting behind a young, very talented star like Bray Wyatt. I have enjoyed his work as a heel since the very start of this great faction. Both men including John Cena and Bray Wyatt have delivered on the mic and it's been the most creative feud on the road to WrestleMania thus far IMO.

Put it this way, I really don't wanna see Daniel Bryan as the WWE World Champion but it looks like we'll have to put up with it for a few months until someone dethrones him. The reason I say that is because I don't really care for the WWE World title match this year and in fact am more stoked about HHH vs Bryan. I hope Bryan beats HHH though because I am not a believer in HHH burying people.

If anyone plans on being butt hurt if Bray loses they should probably skip this match. Bray is in no position to go over Cena, and Cena frankly doesn't need to put Bray over at this point. This match is what the haters have been asking for. Cena is facing a midcarder in a midcard match at Wrestlemania. If the haters start getting bent out of shape over Cena going over his midcard opponent they will have shown their hand as being the impossible to please malcontents that they are. I've said this in the past and I'll say it again. Some people won't be happy with anything short of Cena committing suicide in the middle of the ring. And even then some will complain that his tragic death stole the spotlight from some worthless midcarder.

Good point. I feel bad for Cena in some ways, if WWE had started making organic stars 3 - 4 years ago like they have been for the past year, Cena would not be getting booed as much as he does these days.

I would even say that some crowds are now full of more haters than fans for Cena.

It is quite interesting how both Cena and Orton have been somewhat absent in the past few weeks...possibily taking some time to rest up before Wrestlemania. I expect this feud to ramp up from next week onwards.

I will say that if anyone is questioning what Bray can do in the ring, then watch this past Smackdown. I don't think he is a great wrestler by any means, but he would have to be one of the better storytellers we've seen in a long time.

I have no doubt in my mind that Cena and Bray can and most likely will deliver in the ring. I also believe both guys are incredible on the mic. The draw back for me is how the story has played out. They attacked Cena at the Royal Rumble then nothing. A bunch of sneak attacks. What is the story here? Bray thinks Cena is a fraud? Um ok. Isn't that his problem with everybody? I really wish they would have had a better build up to this thing.

Bray Wyatt is gold on the mic. I respect him so much because he went from a guy in Nexus who I would have never seen any "main-event caliber" type of matches from, and adapted so well to his new gimmick. It's brilliant too. Yeah, Cena doesn't have to put over Bray at Mania. However, Bray going into Mania facing Cena is a very big deal, because he is getting a golden opportunity relatively early. What he does next after Mania will be interesting to see as well. I am really excited for this match because it's something new that we haven't seen due to two opposite personalities. I don't Cena either because he worked his butt off and stays indifferent to how the people will treat/bash him.

WWE might have noticed that a lot of their main-eventers are starting to become stale in the eyes of viewers. Its surprising too, given that guys like Cena and Orton still have a lot of years left ahead of them. Guys like Bray, Ambrose, Rollins, Reigns, Cesaro, Rhodes, etc. should be seeing more main-event matches and good storylines on the oncoming months. Bray Wyatt might help push younger guys to better matches in Wrestlemania if he performs really well.

Personally I dont like this match. But it happened in recent times for john cena. Its time for cena to put over talents.

I expect cena beat over by wyatts in every week. But he got mild injury in wyatts first attack, so creative stops their plan of attacking cena and limit cena action. Past week they try to attack cena but backoff with no reason. His match with rowan is less than 5 mins with rollup win.

HHH highly belive in wyatts. They make him as a This era of Taker.

Yes he's ready. Not for title just yet though.
Put him with Fued with top stars after mania.
Have him win money in bank. Then cash in after
Main event of mania 31 which will be cena vs cesaro.
He's undefeated. Never been pinned or submitied.
Have him hold the title till mania 32.
Main event mania 32 bray wyatt(c) vs undertaker.
Cena and taker is not interesting at all. Wyatt undefeated vs
Taker will be awesome. Cena can Fued with cesaro,
Reigns, Ambrose, ziggler,Rhodes,angle.

At mania 30 I hope Harper and rowen interfere.
Hogan makes the save.bray sends Harper and rowen
To the back and says he can do it on his own. Cena hits AA.
Bray kicks out and does creepy spider walk hits sister Abigail on steps
Then chair. New star is born. If cena beats bray
Then no new stars will ever be made and we wil see
Bryan,cena,Orton,Batista,sheamus main event all year.
So much talent wwe does not know how to use

Not a big fan of this match. In a way it reminds me of ryback and hiac....
If wyatt wins its too much too soon.
If he loses its a big step back. Personally I think its a lose, lose for wyatt long term. I hope I'm wrong.

When this match first was rumored i thought honestly no way.. Bray isnt ready for this spot yet,but this was before Punk and everything that has transpired.. Bray,is really good a lot better than I thought.. Such a huge spot for Bray to be in early into his career, against the juggernaut that is Cena.. Win or lose this match,Bray's career especially a rub against Cena, will do wonders for him..

No doubt i expect Cena to go over,Bray will put up a good showing and i expect a DQ win for Cena due to interference. This is not going to be a rout like some people think it will be... Cena will have a tough battle on his hands, bray is very agile and strong for his size. Had this match taken place two years later or so,i would pick Bray to win... Either way,Bray wins i have no doubt even in the mid-card they both will put up a great show!

Bray Wyatt is one of those gimmicks you slowly learn to tolerate, he's an acquired taste. As long as we're not totally indifferent toward him, he's earning his pay check.

I predict that Bray will defeat Cena, due in part to outside interference that goes unnoticed by the ref. I predict that this will happen because I think that the main reason for this match is to fuel a feud that they'll want to milk for most of this year. Whether or not the ultimate goal is to make Bray look good enough to hang with the best performers on the card isn't clear yet.

I don't expect anything spectacular out of this feud. John and Bray just don't plain like each other, and they want to fight about it. I'll watch the match, just in case John ends up proving me wrong by being a class act. I'm confident that Bray will get some high spots that promote his character, so there's that. I think I'm ready for Bray Wyatt vs John Cena.

Bray Wyatt a headliner? He and John aren't headlining Wrestlemania XXX, that would be very confusing. Umm, I think he's got all the advantages one needs to be a headliner someday. Fate can be a bitch, so who knows what happens to him between now and then. I voted "too early to tell" because there's no way to know for sure if his gimmick will bomb or if Bray will evolve into the next Undertaker.

Bray Wyatt is special. He is a captivating figure, which is rare these days. Sure the gimmick is awesome, but he is the only one who can pull it off. He gets reactions. Big reactions. His segments captivate people and that is good. People pay to see him. Wyatts vs the Shield was one of the hottest matches in a very long time.

Bray can and will probably be a big thing in WWE. Face of the WWE? No. He doesn't have the look. Top heel at some point? Definitely. So, what's the right thing to do at WM? He will look good against Cena, no matter if he wins or loses. But does he just lose to the unbeatable hero? Or is it time for some to destroy Cena and ascend the ladder? If Bray loses, no matter in which fashion, it is not the same as him winning, obviously. He will be labeled as the leader of empty promises, the guy that failed to change the world etc. Cena has nothing to lose at this point. He has done it all. After all, I think the WWE is slowly trying to move away from having Cena as their top star, but instead try to use him as a guy to put others over. Cena's last matches have ended with him not getting the job done. If he loses to Bray, he has nothing to lose. Bray needs to win this match. He will be catapulted to the top, especially if he beats Cena CLEAN. It's time to create new stars and give them those significant wins, and what better way than beating the face of the company at WMXXX?

I really like this pairing, as I think it allows John Cena to show us a completely different side to his character, while the world gets exposed to Bray Wyatt. I honestly believe this guy will be huge, I really do, but last year, there was a brief period where he wasn't doing much, and I think if his role had continued from his debut onwards, people would be a bit more onboard with this.

I think the outcome of this match will be the deciding factor as to whether he's truly ready. This match won't be headlining the event; the WWE Championship match, Daniel Bryan vs. Triple H and Brock Lesnar vs. The Undertaker are bigger matches. This relieves the pressure, and I still believe Bray should go over John. Even if its through interference, if the match is good, it won't really make a difference. If Bray loses, all his momentum is diminished, for me anyway. A disqualification finish isn't off the table entirely, but for a WrestleMania? Not too sure about that. Regardless, I look forward to the match, and pray to God (not VKM) that Bray wins.

Question is a pretty simple one: Do you think Bray Wyatt is prepared to be catapulted to the forefront of the WWE with a match up like this?

Oh, that's the question? Then the answer's pretty simple too: absolutely, sure, definitely, yup, yeah, yusss.

Wyatt is an absolutely phenomenal promo guy. Sometimes I wonder if my judgement's clouded, having watched Bray from his origins of NXT up until now, but then I watch him work and I think there is absolutely no way any reasonable person could not think Bray is probably the best promo guy in the business right now. In terms of character work, he is second to none. Proof? Just type "Bray Wyatt" into YouTube and pick a video at random - you can't go wrong.

It's therefore unsurprising that he's also proved to be capable of putting on great matches (characters and stories being what pro wrestling is about). He's already been a part of, arguably, the two best matches of the year: versus Daniel Bryan, versus The Shield (and, I suppose, versus The Shield again). I've - and no one should - no reason to doubt his match versus Cena will be anything less than pretty damn good.

In fact, I wouldn't be surprised to see Wyatt come out the victor - and deservedly so. WWE have given him the win over two of their other hottest acts (the aforementioned Bryan and Shield matches) and it doesn't feel as if his initial push is at a natural crescendo just yet. Obviously, WWE sees at least as much value in him as I do, which suits me down to the ground.

Cena said in an interview with SCSA that he's starting to feel his age and wants guys to step up and be the man. That man right now is definitely cena and is the guy to give others that shove to the upper rankings. so I believe he is going to start putting over a lot of high potential stars in the coming years.

I don't believe that Bray Wyatt needs to go over at Mania30,tbh, in terms of "winning" the match vs John Cena.
He just needs to come out of Wrestlemania 30 looking strong and leaving the door open for the feud to continue after Wrestlemania.

Honestly, if the WWE is going to give us Daniel Bryan celebrating with a huge YES chant to end Mania30(which will be a truly iconic moment, if it happens) then I think a Happy Ending for John Cena is not needed(meaning that Hogan doesn't need to be featured at all in the match,lMO).

John Cena could go over after a great back and forth match and get the win, but to make Bray Wyatt and the Wyatt family look strong, they should have the Wyatts attack Cena post-match and leave the feud with more to come. Even DB's feud with the Wyatts lasted through TLC and Royal Rumble.

I highly doubt WWE would have booked the Wyatts to go over Daniel Bryan and the Shield to just be fed to John Cena at Wrestlemania....or at least I hope that is not the case.

Also, John Cena has repeatedly said in promos(even to Bray himself),that to become stars in the company. Going by that, WWE will complete the Wyatts Top Heel status by having them do just that by the time this feud with John Cena comes to a conclusion.

Im enjoying da buildup and specially brays mic work and hope cena and wyatts feud most of summer w/wyatts bray specifically come out on top n da end.

I really don't think he is ready because I sorry to say it but he may end up like Miz whether he win or lose unless they have him continue his feud with Cena then win MITB and then feud with someone like Sheamus at Summerslam that is the only way it will work.

The Bray Wyatt character that is in the WWE (his NXT was slightly different) had to feud with Cena sooner than later. His character is about calling out the false prophets basically; the liars. He attacked Daniel Bryan because he's a liar to the fans and now he turned his attention to the biggest liar in the WWE.

Cena teaches his fans to be good, and that the world is good as Bray said "eat your vitamins and say your prayers". He lies to everyone. It's about time Bray Wyatt takes care of him.

I don't know why so many people are already hating on this match-up. As far as Cena matches go, on paper, I'm extremely interested in a Bray/Cena program & I think they could have a really solid match at Mania. In fact I think it was the best option for Cena this year. Cena being involved in the title picture at Mania lost it's luster about 05/06 & unless he faces off with The Undertaker, I don't see any other big time Legends for Cena to headline Mania with. So I'm actually looking forward to Cena/Bray at Mania.

My only issue with the angle so far & going forward is the executuion. As of now the angle hasn't felt special at all. It feels extremely one dimensional & is essentially the same exact feud The Wyatt's had with Kane or Bryan, just with Cena this time. It's needs to get more personal & intense between Bray & Cena. & I think Harper & Rowan need to be placed in their own seperate Mania match asap because I think most assume they will show up for the Cena/Bray match & do their usual run in & cheap victory. & while that would not only once again be the same exact thing they have been doing all along with every other opponent, this match specifically needs to be just about Cena & Bray. Harper & Rowan should be utilized in the build up but they shouldn't be at ringside or advertised in any part of this match.

& as far as the ending goes I think Bray obviously needs to win this match. But he can't just score a quick/cheap victory either. Cena can always score the "upset" rematch victory on RAW the next night or at Extreme Rules, so a neck & neck fight with Bray barely coming out on top is ideal.
