Papa Pillman
I've got more Ho's than Jim Duggan
Sometimes the boring chant gets a bit irritating. At times early in the build of an angle someone needs to be longwinded on the mic to get the story over. In those instances the crowd should probably exercise a little more patience. For example I remember Zeb Colter hearing the chant in one of his early promos. That just illustrates that the crowd is ignorant.
But, ultimately, who gives a fuck? The crowd has a right to be both irritating and ignorant. And they definitely aren't obligated to be "respectful". It's pro wrestling, not golf.
As for chanting it during the Cena promo, I hope it starts a trend. It would be very interesting if instead of the anti-Cena crowd chanting "Cena-Sucks" they instead started chanting "boring" everytime Cena came through the curtain, and through the duration of his segments. I'd be intrigued to see how the company chose to react and what they came up with to try and address that situation. If those people really are attempting to send a message about their dislike for Cena's character and the way he's used, constant chants of "boring" would be far more effective than the "Cena-sucks" ones, which have become a game to Cena.
