No. Absolutely not. I'd rather listen to Michael Cole and his vintage shit that he spews out every night at the table. Whoever thought it was a good idea to have Booker on commentary seriously needs to get slapped.

I like Booker, but I am not a typical IWC mark. Booker has more of a street talk style, which obviously bothers many of the IWC, it's different, get used to it. I appreciate his energy on commentary.

He's not like Cole, trying to make himself the show, Booker tries to get people over atleast

I think he's come a long way on commentary since that time on TNA when he was with Nash as Chet Lemon and Black Snow. That whole show he sounded like he must have smoked a whole carton of unfiltered camels before doing commentary. I did like the time he told Cole to shutup and Cole was quiet for the rest of the night.

I love Booker T, he is hilarious! He isn't the best but he is improving and he has his own catchphrases. He has brought energy to the booth, he may fuck up alot but he will get better and sometimes its your imperfections that draw people towards you. But i like how the guys are getting along in the booth on smackdown and it works fine to me.

I enjoy Booker's commentary. He is funny and says very random things. I can see why some people might not like his commentary, he is pretty weird with his rambling. It could be worse though.... It could be Mike Adamle. Striker should never have lost his spot but Booker is better than people give him credit for because if you ignore his odd ramblings he does offer some good insight every now and then.

I think Regal will be quite amazing once he hits the big time, but Booker is easily the best color guy (on a consistent basis) they've had since JBL. He's better than King, at this moment.

Striker stunk, plain and simple. Sure, he knew his shit, but he was about as entertaining as a bag of hammers. Booker is all fire, all energy, all of the time. Perfect color guy.

He's terrific on commentary. He puts people over, actually pays attention to the match & makes people laugh. What more can you want?

I've never truly got the hatred of Booker's commentary. He does what Vince wants him to; he breaks up the usual crowd of commentators and adds another voice to the party.

I'm not saying he's there because he's black (and don't pretend that's not what you assumed I meant), I'm saying it because he seems to get genuinely excited about the events he covers, something which seems to have escaped the likes of Jerry Lawler, Michael Cole, Todd Grisham and many others. How many times have they sat there and simply put, ignored the action in the ring for the sake of hyping something later on. It's damaging to the product.

Booker T on the other hand covers events at hand and even if it's an off-beat comment, he seems excited at the prospect of a match. Booker's excitable and quotable and also something different which has been needed in the booth for some time now. The best commentator in professional wrestling today, bar none.

4 words.....Shucky Ducky Quack Quack. Booker has brought life to commentary which we haven't seen since Punk. As others have said he has a similar position to JBL who I also found entertaining. I just don't understand what's up with all the hate on Booker......
