BFG or Bragging Rights

TSG

Too Sweet To Be Sour
I'll only be ordering one, which should it be? I was psyched about BR from the second I heard about it but then I just realized BFG is today, and it has a Monster's Ball match between a hardcore legend in Foley and one of TNA's most violent stars in its history, a 4-Way Full Metal Mayhem (TLC, basically) tag title match including Beer Money, British Invasion, The Dudley Boyz, and Steiner and Booker. Plus you have a couple decent looking Knockout matches, one for both singles and tag titles, plus a Ultimate X with Daniels, Suicide and Elijah Burke (i forget his TNA ring name at the moment) among others. Plus Styles and Sting (should be epic) and Morgan and Angle (great match). Plus Bragging Rights will be soon available on DVD. What should I order.

Absolutely go with BFG. That is, if you're looking for better matches. If you're more interested in the storylines of the WWE, then go with Bragging Rights. But, if you're looking for a more in-ring oriented product, go with BFG.

BFG looks like it's going to be the best PPV this year. Well, aside from the first Dragon Gate USA PPV.

So fucking awesome to see all this buzz for TNA right now. Love it.

Don't let it excite you too much, TNA will go back to being fucking ******ed in a few weeks. They always do this, they string together a few months of good shows and you think "Shit, maybe we'll see that great product we saw in 2005 again!", and then we get stuck with Cody Deaner Wrestlepalooza 7 or something. Just be cautious, TNA loves to fuck up, it's like their calling card.

I'm glad I am not the only one psyched for BFG. Should be the PPV of the Year by quite some way.

I don't know, I don't expect it to be anywhere near as good as Dragon Gate USA's first PPV.

You're probably right but there's just that slim hope, ya know? They've got everything clicking right now. They're building up the younger guys like they should, they have decent writing (not fantastic, but not horrible), damn good wrestling... I dunno. I'm hopeful.

Bragging rights. Purely because, I didn't know when BFG was. I don't watch TNA and that won't change. Though if all people are going to do is watch Bragging Rights and then complain about a lack of swearing and blood, then piss off and watch the other one.

Couldn't watch that, although I would have. It sounded incredible.

Next time you're looking to buy a wrestling DVD, go for it. Highspots should have it, it's easily the most entertained I've been this year by a wrestling program. Phenomenal wrestling.

BFG does look damn, damn good tonight though. Aside from Lashley-Joe, everything looks good.

Pfft, optimism for an internet wrestling fan?! Heresy! Everything sucks, remember?

Honestly though Bragging Rights looks fucking terrible. BFG is the easy choice here.

True. I gave TNA a chance, in fact a few chances.. they just failed to impress me at all.

And if someone were to start watching WWE right now and give it a chance for a few weeks, you think they'd be impressed? Most people wouldn't be able to get through one episode of Raw without turning it off.

BFG. From a dyed in the wool WWE fan.

Yeah, BFG.

I' with them ^^^

Not surprising considering your signature and avatar.

TNA features better wrestling on Impact then most WWE PPVs do.

There's a Wrestling spam thread on this...Check it out peeps...

*raises hand*

I gave TNA quite a few episodes actually. The only time I'll tune in now is to see certain Knockouts. & by tune in, I mean YouTube.
