Back Pain!

I hate it almost as much as I do T-Pain. I guess 10-12 hours of picking up and stacking boxes all day finally got to me. I have taken 6 Ibuprofen and nothing yet, Ouch this sucks!

I get back pain too, from squatting (as in the lift) so much. I'd reccomend hitting up your chiropractor.

Spend the evening watching TV standing up with a straight back if you get it all the time.
