There is an argument that both of these men were the second most over faces in the WWF at their two most popular times, but Foley was a lot closer to Austin than JYD was to Hogan. Foley wins.

I love me some JYD, but Foley would win this match. I suspect it would be even, the odds are Dog wouldn't be able to dodge Mr. Socko.
