Because with Elam, a field goal is a sure thing. Our offense is average, so at least by ending regulation in a tie, they guaranteed themselves a chance to win. If John Elway would still be the QB, then of course, they should've gone for the win. But you have to play to your strength (it's sad when your kicker is the only sure thing).
They could stand to improve just about everything. The running game, for the first time in over a decade, is average at best. Our QB is still young and inexperienced, therefore he still throws alot of INT's. The defense, especially against the run, is damn near pathetic.
I worked. Last year's Halloween was a nightmare, so I expected some excitement. However, it was boring and uneventful.
That is true, never thought of it in that perspective. I always thought Shannahan to be daring to an extent, with his play calling, thats why i just assumed he would've gone for it, because whether they win or lose that they probably aren't going anywhere even though i hate to say that seeing that they are one of my favorite teams in the AFC behind the steelers and the pathetic Dolphins.

A hair v. hair ladder match. Both guys were very innovative with ladder matches. And both hair very nice hair. I bet HBK would look cool bald.
I've only been on a plane twice. It was cool, but I like long road trips.
I was just in Vegas at the end of August (my first flight). We did alot of sightseeing. There is just not enough time in one trip to see all aspects of Vegas. I will definately be going to back again to hit up some clubs.

There are alot of places I would like to see- I haven't done much traveling. I will be going to England at the end of the month- always wanted to go there. I would like to go to Denver to watch a football game and see the Rocky Mountains, visit California, and go to Arizona to see the Grand Canyon. Although I would say that Venice, Italy is the place I would like to see the most.
I haven't been to any of them yet. However, I will say that Italy is the front runner because I love the food.

First, I would like to clarify that the Broncos are damn near pitiful, so obtaining one player would not help them win. With that being said, I would definately get a solid runningback. The running game has been our strength ever since Elway retired and this year there is no running game. I would love to bring in a young guy at that position so the team could be built around him. Adrian Peterson would be my pick right now.

I will also tell you that me and my friends are all over that thing! You can see me shake hands with Kevin Steen in the middle of his match.

Yes, Peterson is the only reason I still watch my otherwise embarrassing Vikings this year. Actually the Vikes are my team and I watch them anyway. He's making his first trip to Lambeau this Sunday!
My question is, what would you give up in return for Peterson? If I were the Vikes GM I would ask for your next 7 first round picks...

As acting GM of the Broncos, I would be willing to give up Herschel Walker. And our next first round draft pick. And you can have Travis Henry, too.
The Briscoes do rock. Personally, I think ROH is their best fit and I hope they stay right where they're at. I do think that they would be successful in TNA. A Briscoes v. MCMG program would be outstanding. I also think that they would fair well in the WWE, although their style would be watered down quite a bit. Of course, there isn't much of a tag division to speak of, but I would love to see a Briscoes v. Londrick program.
