Ask RVDGurl

Here is an interesting one RVD Gurl

1. If you were running WWF (I never call it E). How would you change it? (in 3 ways only).

2. Likewise, if you were the owner of the Broncos, how would you change them? (in 3 ways of course)

3. Totally random question ebcause I am king of randomness...what is your favorite type of food?

1. If you were running WWF (I never call it E). How would you change it? (in 3 ways only).

1.) Lift the banned moves list. These guys are in the "big time", right? In theory, the WWE guys are supposed to be the best at their craft and they aren't even allowed to do a simple fucking pile driver? Gimme a break.
2.) Hire back Paul Heyman and give him complete creative control of ECW.
3.) Make the tag team division credible again. Give the teams a good push. Let the storylines develop and build.

2. Likewise, if you were the owner of the Broncos, how would you change them? (in 3 ways of course)

1.) Buy a time machine
2.) Go back to 1997
3.) Transport the entire team to the year 2007.

3. Totally random question because I am king of randomness...what is your favorite type of food?

It is a well known fact that I am a connoisseur of chicken.

alright i will get away from my football questions.

Opinion on MVP?

Opinion on "The Instant Classic" Christian Cage?

Opinion on Aj Styles?

Opinion on MVP?

I don't watch SD so I don't know that I can give an accurate opinion. However, from what I've seen, MVP will be a big part of the future for the WWE. He is solid in the ring and is getting better and he is gold on the mic.

Opinion on "The Instant Classic" Christian Cage?

I'm a huge fan. I love his work and find him to be one of the best promo guys in the history of the game. I love the Coalition angle as I think that Christian, AJ and Tomko have such a great chemistry together. Cage is main event material and should be a major player for the TNA title for years to come.

Opinion on Aj Styles?

Again, I'm a huge fan. I would say AJ is probably one of the 5 best wrestlers in the world. I love the new gimmick. He's gold in the role of comedy heel. He's golden in the ring and now is great on the mic as well. He's the total package and should be the guy that TNA continues to build their company around.

I have a good one:
The Briscoe Brothers or RVD and Sabu?

This is not a fair question! However, for me, the Briscoes are the new RVD & Sabu. RVD & Sabu were one of the best tag teams of the late '90's and I think the Briscoes are the best team in the game right now. They combine high spots, technical and harcore style wrestling in nearly all their matches.
Everyone knows how much I love RVD and Sabu- in their primes they were untouchable. The Briscoes are still in their early 20's and aren't close to hitting their prime yet.

Should The Bricoes learn the art of ring psychology?

Is it correct to assume you don't think they use any? I find that they tell stories during their matches. As a result of their fued with the Age of the Fall, they have been doing alot more hardcore matches- which does make it a bit more difficult to use good psychology. However, I still feel that what their doing in the ring makes sense.

Seeing that you are a big RVD fan how do you feel on the way RVD was used during his ended times with WWE?

I have mixed emotions about it. I think RVD was held down far too long after his 30 day suspension back in the summer of '06. I think Vince destroyed the interest of the old school ECW fans in his new ECW product by doing this. However, the WWE did give him a win at Mania and a win over Orton at his last PPV, both of which were completely unexpected.

Psychology was the wrong word. Slower is what I'm after. Or maybe less. If they did less, then on the occasions they do more it would be more impressive. Agree?

I see where you are coming from. I think if they were wrestling in TNA or WWE they would be forced to, simply because their matches would be shorter. In ROH, they are usually given a good 20 minutes for each match. That's a long time by today's standards, therefore, they do incorporate a lot more into their matches. If they slowed it down too much, their 20 minute matches could become a little stale. They have great stamina and keep their matches exciting from start to finish.

But if they slowed it down then each flip or whatever would look more impressive. As it is they all kind of blend into each other.

Alright how about some ROH questions:D

Do you think Danielson or Nigal McGuiness would do well in TNA or WWE?

If RVD were to come to ROH for three shows, what three matches/opponents would you want to see him in/face?

If you could bring back any former ROH wrestler to ROH, who would it be and why?

and finally my last question (for now), who do you think will be the next ROH talent to be snatched up by WWE or TNA, and which of those companies would they go to?

Do you think Danielson or Nigal McGuiness would do well in TNA or WWE?

Danielson is definately not a good fit for the WWE. The matches (even PPV matches) are too short for his style and he's too small for the WWE and he's not a high spot guy. He cound do well in TNA. I would like to see an Angle v. Danielson program. There would be mind blowing mat wrestling in that fued. With that being said, I would shed tears of sorrow and wear black for a week if he ever left ROH.

McGuiness would be a good fit for either company. He is a bigger guy than most independent wrestlers. I could see the WWE pushing him pretty hard. He is solid in the ring and has decent mic skills.

If RVD were to come to ROH for three shows, what three matches/opponents would you want to see him in/face?

I read somewhere that RVD does have some interest in working a few ROH shows when he's ready to make his return to wrestling (Philly, please). Anyway, I would kill to see RVD v. Danielson and RVD v. Aries. Although I think I would pass out from excitement before these matches even started. **pauses to ponder the 3rd opponent**
Davey Richards. Yeah, Davey would be the 3rd guy. I have been very impressed with Davey. I think he has a style that is reminscent of a younger RVD. It was be interesting to see them work with each other.

If you could bring back any former ROH wrestler to ROH, who would it be and why?

CM Punk. I believe Jake made a thread in one of the forums about Punk that hit the nail right on the head. He's just not a good fit for the WWE. He was like a god in ROH and has great match after great match. I was turned onto ROH well after Punk had left so I've never been able to see him live in an ROH ring.

and finally my last question (for now), who do you think will be the next ROH talent to be snatched up by WWE or TNA, and which of those companies would they go to?

I know that TNA has been trying for a while to sign the Briscoes. Obviously they haven't been successful, but I could see that happening. TNA has a pretty good tag team division and the addition of the Briscoes would make their roster amazing. A Briscoes v. MCMG program anybody?
I could also see the WWE bringing back Brent Albight. He's got the look that Vince likes and he has been steadily improving over the past year. He used to bore me, but I have really grown to appreciate him as a performer.

Good questions, Justin. You know I love to talk about ROH!! :)

what do you think of this?

yep, Del Ray actually hit the Royal Butterfly on Kong

Damn! And I bet someone on another site that she couldn't

And if you could see Eddie Guerrero vs CM Punk, would you?

I know you think Del Ray is overrated, but I like her. Of course, I'm not nearly as knowledgeable on women's wrestling as you are, but she has impressed me every time I've seen her wrestle.

And if you could see Eddie Guerrero vs CM Punk, would you?

Of course. Eddy is one of the greatest wrestlers of all time and I think Punk is absolutely phenomenal. That would be a tremendous match.

Are you aware that Eddie and Punk have wrestle each other before?, it was a triple threat with Mysterio as the third guy, I think the match is up on youtube

Let me Clarify this, I don't think Death Ray is overrated in terms of in ring skills, I just find her more sluggish than other women of her size and strength, both Beth Phoenix and Christie Ricci are both more agile and move faster on the mat than Death Ray, despite all three ladies having relatively the same in ring capabilities. It just seems that Death ray moves so much slower than one would think she'd be capable of.

and this was the match I was talking about

CM Punk vs Eddie

I thought i was the only Christian fan, i always did favor him over edge, I don't know why though.

I started watching TNA more around the time he had his gimmick change, and i find him to be more entertaining now than ever, because he has developed those Mic skills.

So how was your trip?

any interesting stories you'd like to share?

My trip was very nice. England is a beautiful country, but it rains all the damn time. I had one rain-free day. I have no terribly interesting stories. It was really a very standard vacation.

Although I must say that the driving on the other side of the road thing is very strange.
