Neiter Edge or Cena should really lose. No way should Edge win and lose a title on every PPV and Cena should lose two Manias in a row.

No. He was more than qualified before TNA got hold of him. It's obvious that he's not underqualified as such, he's just not good enough. There's no reason for WWE to take a chance on him. He failed in TNA, so he's bound to fail in WWE. At least Punk was made to look weak with his title run, Christian couldn't have been made to look stronger.
