Here is the Armageddon PPV poster. It ahs Batista standing over a fallen city with the World Heavyweight Title:



This means that by then he will be the champ but will he lose the title before then. I don't think so what about you?

Eh, posters are always interchangable. I can easily see Batista's picture being replaced by Edge, or even Undertaker. So yes, I do believe he'll drop it. Especially if within the next 2 monthes his back-to-back opponents end up being Taker, followed by Edge.

The ONLY way I see Batista holding it until then, is if Edge interferes in the Taker/Batista match at Cyber Sunday (which I do) then have Undertaker attack Edge, at Survivor Series. (ala Taker/Diesel from 96 - Feb, during the Diesel/Hart cage match, remember?)

So, with all that being said. Batista will only hold the belt, in my opinion, if his p.p.v. Championship matches keep getting interrupted & thrown out. Batista won't (cleanly) beat Undertaker, or even Edge (in my opinion) for that matter.

Please for the love of anything remotely resembling a wrestling business, let this change. Another two months at least of Batista is just destroying any legitimacy the World Heavyweight title has had.

I hate it when the WWE spoils upcoming championship matches like this. They should not have had a picture of Batista... let alone, with the WHC in his arms.

Its not exactly something thats written in stone though. I mean, W.W.E. always does posters up ahead of schedule. And plans change, storylines change, & so does the way Mr. McMahon sees his wrestlers.. so by that time, Batista may very well NOT have the World Heavyweight Championship.

I'm not big into believing posters. Cyber Sunday's poster is of Candice Michelle, but she (so far) isn't even on the card. She's not even a Champion anymore.. so to me, its just a poster that was made currently.

Its a lot like the Kane on the PPV poster he made (Sorry I dont remember which PPV and I am feeling lazy to look it up). Had Kane all over it and he ended up having a dark match. I too pray its the same case.

Your're thinking of Judgement Day. Do you actually think Vince would leave Big Dave out of a SmackDown! main event? He's been in 11/13 SD! main events in the last year, the only two missing are New Years Revolution (RAW PPV), and Unforgiven (he won the world title).

If this is true this will be the second time in a row that the Armageddon poster is featuring Batista. People don't worry yet. Remember the Vengeance poster, it debuted with Cena, Lashley, and 'Taker, and after 'Taker got injured Edge went on it. Just because someone is featured on the poster that doesn't mean they will wrestle (i.e Judgement Day, The Great American Bash, Cyber Sunday).

Well as you can see, the poster is now changed. Batista is holding a gas mask instead of the World title. I'm sure they did it for a reason unless they were bored and decided to try something different. Hopefully Batista will lose the title prior to the event.
