I never minded people who drink, just never found the goal of coming to a website if you actually were drunk - simply to post... *insert random letters mixed together here* ...like that.
And while I'm not against taking action against it - I also fail to see why taking action for it is truly that big of a deal. Just ignore it, that seems to be the general answer for every other problem on this site.
