Appropriate Age for Sex?

25....What the hell?!?! Even if you live here in the US you can drink at 21, if there would be any limit it should coincide with one of the three major milestones:

16-If you can drive anywhere you want you can have sex with another teen near the same age

18-Where I think you should be allowed to "officially" have sex with whoever you want, be it a Mickey mouse in Disneyland, A playboy bunny, a hobo, Whoever you want, if you can die in a war you can sleep with whoever ya' want.

21-The one that would be the oldest you could expect to last without sex, sure you can drink some booze but can't take home the hottie giving you the look? If anything you should be worrying about alcohol being consumed by these teens and getting pregnant, I am not saying all pregnancies start with drunken nights or even a majority, I am just saying most of the occurence where I live (The Midwest) occur whilst partying and etc.

I was 20 when I lost mine. Just finished my second year of community college (and spent a year as president of the student government which I had just given up my office 5 days before). The girl sent me a text saying her parents were out of town and wanted me to come over. I was about 10% awake when I read the text so I said "sure" and got ready and drove 45 minutes to her house to do it. On Mother's Day.

Anyways. I didn't even really like the girl. Do I regret doing it? Kinda. I didn't lose it to someone I cared about, but I lost it.

Out of my experience, I would say there is no definite age to when a person is ready to lose their virginity. I was cool with losing it in high school, but I waited anyways. It has to deal with personal maturity. It's easy to say "15 year olds shouldn't have sex" when you're older, but when you were 15 were you saying that? Only if you weren't having it.

So to conclude my point, I think life is nothing without experience. Because a girl has sex in high school it doesn't mean she's a ****. We were made to have babies at early ages (about 12 more most), so it's a natural thing. Most people end up settling down in their late 20s and early 30s, and the majority of the older people I know say they were wild in high school but you can't tell.
