Ant Man & the Wasp Trailer

We'll Marvel has dropped the first trailer for Ant Man and the Wasp. Here it is:

It looks pretty cool. The first Ant Man was good as a Marvel stand alone so I expect this one to be as good but probably better. Looks like Marvel is going to have a killer year. They're releasing three films before the summer is even over. I can't recall a time where one studio had three different trailers out for three different films at the same time and all three films go together in the same story/timeline.

Disney will rule the world by 2020. They already rule Hollywood.

What I'm trying to figure out is when does this movie take place in the time frame. Before Infinity War or after? I'm thinking it has to be before even though it comes out after. Reason being is because in the trailer the only major event they make mention of is Civil War and Ant Man helping Cap.
