1) Why are they having Andy Leavine wrestle under the name "Kevin Hackman". Can't they have him in FCW under his proper name? I mean, you can tell it's the guy who won "Tough Enough".
Why even bother with "Tough Enough" if they won't take it seriously? I mean, next season, if I watch, I now know that the prize is meaningless, since they don't end up using you anyway It was bad enough last time, when they didn't utilize Maven from season 1 (who, IMO, had the makings of a future main-eventer), and the only person to have benefitted long-term from "Tough Enough" was Mike Mizanin (the Miz), and he was only runner-up in his season.John Morrison won his season, and yet is now buried for petty reasons. They may as well do away with "Tough Enough" altogether if they don't care enough to push anyone.
2) So, Andy Leavine is being held back because of a Wellness Violation? Wasn't it his FIRST violation? I thought it was three strikes (and, in Randy Orton and Chris Benoit's cases, you don't get fired even then (too bad Andy doesn't have a Legendary father, or isn't being chased by TNA)). Is this an attempt for WWE to look like they are getting "tough on drug use", to appease the media? Too bad the WWE didn't have this policy twenty years ago (imagine how many wrestlers would be alive today if they had buried someone after ONE violation?). Obviously Leavine wasn't main-eventing or anything, so suspending him won't hurt the bottom-line like suspending others would.
3) I don't buy the Wellness Violation is the reason anyway. I just think, like a lot of things, Vince got bored and forgot about it. He changes plans all the time, and only brought back "Tough Enough" for more TV spots, advertising revenue and to cash in on the reality TV phenomenon (as well as possible mentions on talk-shows and "Entertainment Tonight"). I mean, finding a future superstar is only secondary in the scheme of things.
4) It seems that not too many of you are shedding tears about Andy's burial either. You know, it's funny, but I don't remember reading many posts on here at the time, where people said who they wanted to see win "Tough Enough". I didn't hear mass cries of injustice when Maven, a future WWE or World Champion IMO, was released. Maybe you didn't care about who won, because you people don't embrace new superstars. You can't even get behind Sheamus, Miz, Morrison, R-Truth, Kofi Kingston or Ted DiBiase. You only get behind C.M. Punk because he was from ROH (making you look intellectual for even knowing what the hell ROH is), and because he cut a worked promo, where he said things that you liked. You only like Zack Ryder, Trent Baretta and other non-entities because they are never pushed, and it is the "underdog mentality". If WWE gets behind someone, you hate on them, because you want to be different. So, of course you don't like Andy Leavine. Why bring in someone new, when the WWE could just get the Rock to show up again, or drag Undertaker out of his umpteenth "hiatus", so that you can indulge your "Attitude Era" fantasies once again, while no new guys get pushed. It just proves a lot of wrestling fans and writers are hypocrites, because they scream for new talent, and then won't get behind anyone new.
Too bad Andy Leavine wasn't around in the "Attitude Era", doesn't have his own Youtube show, isn't from ROH or some other bush league, or doesn't talk on the mike like the Rock, or play politics by walking out when he doesn't get his own way, say others can't work, or by marrying Stephanie McMahon, or be friends with the guy who did marry Stephanie.
4) I think a good feud for Andy Leavine would be the Big Show. Big Show could claim to be the only giant around here, but Andy challenges him. Also, Big Show is good on the mike, so he can carry the promo work in the feud (which, according to most of you, is the most important part).
