That thinks HBK/Taker 2 has the possibility to be even better than the first match? Especially if it is indeed HBK's retirement match. That promo video they did for Raw this past Monday set to the Placebo song was fucking epic and has me buying the hype into this match already.

I don't know if the match will be better necessarily, but the build will be much better. Last year was a very good match with little build. I would be happy this year with a pretty good match with very good build.

I think they will as well. The last one, while good, is a bit overrated. It was filled with finishers and false finishes. I think the atmosphere and chemistry this time around will be better.
Oh no, I was dreading the rematch because I wanted something new, but as soon as the career stip was added, I'm completely sold on it. I'm 99% certain that HBK is done as a full time wrestler after this, so he's going to go out like crazy, and Taker is absolutely golden at Mania.

Bad Blood: Still to this day the best Cell match.
Royal Rumble: Probably the best Casket Match ever, and still solid for a crappy gimmick.

It has the potential to be better because this time round the build it isn't solely about the HBK trying to end the Streak. Last year it was more about light vs dark.
This year is much more personal. The extra dimensions of HBK's career on the line and Taker wanting revenge could push this match into the stratosphere

I agree with you Eko, I was definatly hooked completely by the promo, but then again it's been quite a while since a Shawn Michaels promo for wrestlemania hasn't been good, all thou this one beats it, the atmosphere of the song mixed with the brief flashbacks to WM25.
And quite honestly, I have my doubt that this match even has the possibility of becoming a bad one

Only reason their first was so great in my opinion because the rest of the card was shit. Won't be the case this time around.
I'd actually be happy to see HBK go over Taker at Mania. But that's because I very much dislike the streak and how it makes every single Undertaker Wrestlemania match predictable.

This. I honestly was wanting it to be one of the greatest matches ever. The friend I was watching it with looked at me and said "That was pretty good but I was expecting a little more" and that's exactly how I felt about it. I do have the feeling though that the second match will be better.

I've no doubt it'll be better, mainly because last year wasn't near as good as you all seem to think. Last years match got fucked up by the botched suicide dive which caused a significant break in the buildup. The late kickouts made that match and I can't really remember anything else about it apart from the reasonably good but slightly underwhelming finish.

I definitely haven't, I've said from day one that I'd have no problem seeing HBK and Taker face off at Mania again.
I challenge any of you to watch that promo and not be fucking amped. God I can't stop watching that video package, it's like crack, it's so good. Helps that Placebo is an awesome band.
As a little kid who jumped up and down in joy when HBK won the Iron Man at Wrestlemania 12, I'm fairly certain I will burst into tears if this is HBK's last match, which it's starting to look more and more like it may be.
