About 1/10 of Vermont Voters Want to Secede

I thought only Texas had the right to secede from the US, but Mexico got first dibs
Texas does indeed have the right to secede, something about them being a legit country before they joined us.
However, secession by any other state should and will be seen as high treason. There is no where in the US Constitution that such acts are allowed.
Vermont can try, but they will get curbstomped back into the Union. And if they try to use the Vermont State Guard to maintain "sovereignty" then those troops will be charged with High Treason and executed because they are overseen by the National Guard.
People will try to argue the "Natural Right of Rebellion" as seen by the Declaration of Independence, but good thing the Declaration of Independence isn't legally binding. We live by the Constitution, and that bitch says we stay.

Kind of hypocritical though, don't you think? Don't get me wrong, I like the 50 states to stay the same, but when our entire country was founded upon that belief, and then for us to say that no longer exists seems hypocritical.

There are a hell of a lot of people that are worried that a National Health Care System would mean the rationing of their services. And the fact that the Government wants to cut our Medicare and Medicade to pay for said system.
Aside from the fact that we've got the NHS and private hospitals running jointly over here, it doesn't work like that. Regulation over the insurance companies would force down the drug companies and the extortionate price of medical care, meaning Medicare and Medicate wouldn't cost as much anyway. Your government needs to cut money from the healthcare budget, it's out of control, getting worse and the only people who are benefiting from it are the pharmaceuticals and insurance companies.
You can't have a capitalist healthcare system, for so many reasons it simply doesn't work and it's against the whole ethos of healthcare in the first place.
Anyway, I'm getting off topic. Who else wants to secede? Why Vermont in particular?
You and Prince Edward Island could be friends. I think it's about the same size as Rhode Island.
Would Missouri fall under that category?
If they want. Eventually we'll have every state.
But the question is, do we WANT every state?
