Hmm! It's a bit predictable, isn't it?
Yes, the WWE seems to be really high on Ziggler right now but we don't know how long that will last or how it is going to play out. And whilst it has a lot of initial promise, I have to think that the thought of Daniel Bryan or Roman Reigns winning the Royal Rumble is far more likely in the end.
The reason I think this is because I am struggling to think about an opponent that makes sense for Ziggler right now. Maybe, if that is the route that the WWE decide to go down, it will all make sense in a month or two. My initial thoughts are that Seth Rollins is going to cash in his opportunity pretty soon and Dolph plays on the survivor gimmick in the Royal Rumble to pick up the win. I think, at this point, a match with Rollins is the only match that I would really like to see Dolph in at Mania.
It's definitely possible but we all know how the WWE likes a person who is returning to win the Rumble for that extra mark out moment (Read: Batista). Right now, Ziggler might be amongst the favourites but I reckon he will be eliminated in the final four.
